It had been a long time since I visited a Dunkin Donut. The donuts were ok but the coffee was great. The pick me up I needed.

They didn't close the coffee all the way so it spilled when we grabbed it then just starred at us while we looked for napkins. They made two orders wrong and when we asked for the sandwich to be corrected they had an attitude. The one helping was nice enough but the others were obviously talking bad about us and other customers. Before leaving, one girl gave a stank face while we waited for the corrected order. The every interaction was uncalled for and very rude.

Sometimes the coffee is good but almost as often, it tastes as if the coffee grounds are used twice. It is very watered down. Very disappointing! It’s not the employees because it happens at various times with various people so it seems that management may be trying to save money. First two times were bad but now a third and I’m done with this location.
Yall are awesome and there's no place like dunking. Need more in the cedar creek texas area. I would even work there.

Ordered MEDIUM size coffee... Yes the cup is medium but the portion inside of it is half of the cup! Scammed, wasted money. I hope there's a decent dunkin branch nearby! It sucks because this dunkin is the worst one ive ever

This location was awesome the first few years after opening, but I heard it changed ownership at some point. And ever since, its been a mess. I’ve given it so many second chances just to have my order come out wrong or just nasty. Dunkin is a very well known large franchise with a following that could help any location become successful. At this point it’s clearly an ownership issue. Do better or sell to someone else who wants to.

It's dunkin' donuts. You know the deal. They have good coffee and good donuts. Yes, but the food leave something to be desired. I've tried several different things and everything just taste bland and cardboard like. Basically the same quality as something frozen from Walmart. You would heat up in your microwave. However, staff is very friendly with prompt service and the coffee and donuts like I said are always good
