If I had a genie, my first wish would be a few million dollars, obviously, but my second wish would be to replace every Subway, Jersey Mikes, etc. with a Firehouse this good. Food is great, fast, and VERY filling. They put toppings on your sub the way you wish Chipotle would serve a burrito, stuffed to the brim with everything you asked for. I have never had a messed up order or a bad attitude here, and I doubt I ever will. Keep it up!

We normally stop here after church every Sunday. We get our food fairly quickly and then we are on our way. Today we waited 45 minutes for our order of 5 subs. I'm not sure what the problem was but that's a very long time to wait for subs.

I used to come here constantly. Since they nixed the good sauces, I've only been an occasional diner. Not sure how much I'll go here moving forward, though. Prices are through the roof. I know everywhere is like that nowadays, and I could deal with it if I could count on quality and accuracy, but the last couple of times have been pretty disappointing. My sub was soggy, even though I put extra toasted in the app and showed up for it before it even showed as ready. Same with the brownies- so wet/soggy I couldn't eat them. Maybe that's on purpose, but they didn't used to be like that. Anyway, I can't do these prices for the current food that I get. Which is a bummer. I even took to ordering the Gator Hammock hot sauce off of Amazon so I could keep it with me to put on the subs from here after they stopped stocking it. But it's all just too much now. Maybe it'll turn around. I'll try again in 6 or 13 months and see.

There are currently 14 people in the restaurant with exactly 0 (none) of them having food. It’s been 15 minutes since I ordered and the 8 before me haven’t been served…. Not sure why they can’t get the food out.
