Food was amazing, as I’m eating it right now. But right after I got it this lady at the window didn’t give me no napkins, condiments, and a straw. I can tell from her energy from the beginning that she has an attitude. But overall, food is good and fresh just the service was not really good.

Food was good but it was freezing in there. I asked if they could turn up the heat and they said, “the heat is turned up!” My friend went home with chills!

Order #33252866818899970 for mobile pickup. I got to the restaurant and food was ready but my root beer float was not. I waited an extra 15 minutes waiting on my root beer float while my food got cold. There was only one employee working the front and she kept getting interrupted by customers ordering. I finally got my float and left in a hurry because someone was expecting me. It's not even a root beer float. It's all ice cream I don't taste any root beer at all. I've ordered one from here before and it's nothing like this. I'm pretty sure she gave me a milkshake.

Food: The patty on a single original was see-thru thin. The onion rings were great. Their Fry Sauce is great for the onion rings.
Service: Very friendly staff.
Atmosphere: FREEZING 🥶!!! When asked why it was so cold, the staffer said it's to keep the floors from being slippery. Huh?? Made dine-in experience very uncomfortable. The dining room needed cleaning, sweeping, and trash emptied.

Ordered online and paid online. Go to drive thru and I was notified i had to come inside..... there was no cars in drive thru but me. I get inside and ask why would they make me come inside as if they needed to verify something 🤔 I was told "I don't know it's Freddy's policy". I'm calling bs. Just mean for no reason. Chaotic for no reason. Pissed me off 😒 😤 😑

Always a good burger but that lady at the counter should work in the back. Customers with simple questions irritate her and she doesn't hide it.

I was sitting, waiting for my to go order. Saw an employee fumble some chicken tenders and dropped them. Picked them up, put them back in the holder then put them in the bag. I don't think the 3 second rule applies in fast food. ( was not my order.)

Okay, I’m not a burger person
but this place made me come back for more. Absolutely delicious burgers. The fries were a bit interesting but not that bad at all compared to other fries at different restaurants. and the ice cream. Oh. My. God. So freaking good.
