Had the strawberry cheese cake stuffed with ice cream it was great little slow but worth the wait

Don’t get me wrong i love them but everytime I pass them they are never open but the website says that they are like today i passed by at 12 closed then i passed by them at 2 still closed on a saturday. Get better at being open

Me and my daughter have made it a habit to go every Sunday. They’re some of the best flavored sno cones I’ve ever had. I’ve tried multiple flavors and they’ve all been good. This is the King Cake ?

Terrible attitude and service today. We have been loyal customers every summer. Also, buying Sno cones for neighborhood kids sometimes. After today, I will take the drive to Shreveport @Snow Stoppers. The service, food and snow cones are awesome.

Great sno cone, bad attitude. I asked about the king cake sno cone flavor and the woman rudely said “its king cake. Thats the flavor” like there’s not 40 variations of king cake with cream cheese, every kind of berry you can think of, cinnamon, etc. not to mention its a purple sno cone so i was just curious before ordering it but her attitude made it seem like questions were an issue so o figured an “extreme” sno cone definitely would be

I went to visit Shreveport d For a day and This day was extremely hot and I waited almost an hour for a large cup of ice, I love shaved ice so no complaints I just wasn't expecting this place to be so busy , but it was on a Saturday and I've only seen one other shaved ice place here in Shreveport

I was excited to try this place since it's closer to where I'm staying at the moment and it's cheaper than Nona's on shady Grove Blvd but im afraid to say the expression "you get what you pay for" is totally true here. The orange one was okay but the cake one was not good. I didn't even finish it and I love snowcones so that's saying something.
They have the Best Snowcones in Shreveport/Bossier. Their customer service is excellent as well.

I've been living in Shreveport since the end of 2020 and I finally had time to get a snowball in this city. I was not disappointed with this place. They had wonderful customer service and everything was perfect. I will be back again.

Very fast service! Good customer service and very tasty sno cones. I asked for extra juice and before I left, it didn’t seem like they had added extra. After asking, the woman happily added a little extra to make sure i was satisfied. I’ll be back!
