Trash... No one greeted us. Burgers had no flavor. Buns were cold. Employees sitting in the dining area on their phones. Seats cushions torn. Fudds once was the standard of burger joints but not this location, it's trash ?

Hot as heck and dirty. Had to clean the mold off the ice machine myself because we had already paid and couldn't get our money back.

Meh burger at high prices. Place could use some cleaning and updating. I'd skip it and find another place outside the boardwalk.

It's dirty, impolite workers, just not what Fuddruckers started out as.

Used to be a big fan of Fuddruckers. I had been craving a good juicy fudd burger with some of the jalapeno cheese sauce that made them famous.
Being from Texas, I presumed it would be just like we used to have before they went out of business. That was not to be the case. First the buns used to be made in house. Not sure if they do that at this location, but my perception was that it tasted like a large Kings Hawaiian bun. Second, gone were the jalapeno and cheese sauce dispensers. No opportunity to pump the cheesy goodness over the fries. In the defense of this location, they did have some nacho cheese sauce, however the consistency would be much better suited for nachos than fries.
Will continue on the quest to find the classic Fuddruckers experience.

It's Louisiana what do you expect? The place wasn't clean at all. The burgers were okay. Fries were good. No one was there but yet somehow it still was dirty on every table. Probably won't be going back there.

Burger was good, fries were okay. The floor was filthy I could feel my feet sticking to the carpet. The tables were wobbly and dirty.

Just left out and it was not friendly at all service bad then got worse when Rachel the manager left, I would not recommend this place to my animals.

TERRIBLE!! Should've known, it was Louisiana. Walked in, only 2 other people there. Weren't greeted at all by the black cashier. No "hello, how can I help you" just flat out looking at us with the laziest look ever. She really hates her job. Even just mumbled when asking if we wanted drink and fries. We were driving back home from Arkansas to Texas and craved Fuddruckers. We Should've just walked out and gone to the nearest Mc'donalds instead and saved some money. We remembered how awesome they're burgers and wedged fries with cheese on them were and this was a total disappointment.
No cheese sauce at all. Son wanted a cheeseburger and no kids burgers. The toppings bar was bare and not lit up, not even clean looking. The white lady cooking was polite and apologized for missing our order of chicken strips.

Parking: It is an outlet mall. Parking is like a ring around the mall. There is no parking near fuddruckers. Must park and walk through courtyard to find fuddruckers.

Prices were fair, food was really good and the server and bus boy were really nice. We went for an early lunch so not many people there was pretty quiet

The waitress was rude as heck to my husband. They did not put cheese on a cheeseburger when he asked she said we are out! Won't be going back!
