Wow, super impressed with Tim's decorating skills at Bossier Mall! I've ordered several cakes from GAC from Georgia to Kentucky and now Louisiana and this one is by far the best .

I came to the mall specifically to get cookies - checked the website before and it said they are open until 7. I arrive at 6:15; the lights are off and the staff tells me they run out of cookies at 5 every day and they are only open for cake pick-up. I was pretty frustrated and more so confused as to why there aren’t more cookies being made daily since they run out 2 hours before closing “every day.”

I love the cookie company, but this store is AWFUL! the staff isn't very friendly and they hardly ever have much to chose from. I work in Bossier but I choose to drive to the shreveport store on my lunch break. I used to go around noon to get cookies (thinking that the earlier I go the better the selection) but it doesn't matter how early you go, the selection always sucks. I absolutely would not recommend this store, the shreveport store is the place to go!

This place has the RUDEST staff I have EVER encountered. I purchased my cookies while signing the receipt the cashier (a tall white guy) calls a smaller white guy over and tells him to look at my name on the screen. The white guy proceeds to say that "they have the weirdest" names and walks away. After signing my receipt I proceeded to tell him how my name is pronounced. They both stood there and looked stunned as if I did not know they were making fun of my name in my face; while calling them out on their blatant disrespect. There was no apology of any sort. I will be contacting the corporate office. I will NEVER patronize this establishment again and I will advise others with "weird names" not to as well. I have never been that disrespected my entire life .

I ordered a last minute cake for 4th of July celebration and my aunts birthday and we order one a lot almost 6-7 times a year and Tim truly did a fantastic job. Thank you so much we loved it so much

I wish this store was in North Bossier but we always drive to the mall whenever we need a birthday cake! Try the double doosey cake they are amazing!
