I rarely write a review. I have supported this small business many times since moving back to Bossier 2 years ago. Unfortunately my experience today will cause me not to return. I have never been made to feel so unwelcome, rushed, and uncomfortable as I was today, from the second I walked in the experience was negative. Although, we enjoy everything we have ever purchased from here the customer service was lacking.

Bringing a cookie cake from this location to any party or meeting & you will instantly become the MVP. The staff can make ready in minutes. And it's affordable. Saves the journey over to Julie Ann's. Friendly staff.

The entire experience was awesome! I got it last minute, and they were able to have it ready at the right time, and it was great delicious, too🥰

This is my first time trying this place. I wanted to do something nice for my paralegals that work extremely hard and this is what I received. The picture speaks for itself. Rushed. No effort. No care. I won’t be returning.

I love the fact that you can watch some make your ice cream right there in front of you but depends on what stuff's there if they make it right or not but overall most of the time they're doing a really great job

We ordered a huge double stack cookie for our son's groom's cake. His request. The lady working with us was really sweet and helpful in coming up with a design.

Cookie cakes. I was VERY impressed with the artwork and the icing to cookie ratio. The icing was lacking at the previous location. They did an excellent job!
Fast service! Went in and bought a cookie cake and it was decorated right then! I waited maybe 5 minutes! The young man decorating did a fantastic job! And the young man that helped me with my order was also very helpful and friendly! All very polite. Will definitely be back!

The people here are so sweet! Bailey helped me and I didn’t give her much direction but she nailed it! Love it!!!
