The staff was super sweet and patient and the deserts were delicious

This is my first time trying this place. I wanted to do something nice for my paralegals that work extremely hard and this is what I received. The picture speaks for itself. Rushed. No effort. No care. I won’t be returning.

I love the fact that you can watch some make your ice cream right there in front of you but depends on what stuff's there if they make it right or not but overall most of the time they're doing a really great job

The ice creams are to die for!
Generous scoops and a great variety of flavors and add-ons.
Cookies are really good too!
We ordered a huge double stack cookie for our son's groom's cake. His request. The lady working with us was really sweet and helpful in coming up with a design.
This will definitely be somewhere we revisit.

Cookie cakes. I was VERY impressed with the artwork and the icing to cookie ratio. The icing was lacking at the previous location. They did an excellent job!

Fast service! Went in and bought a cookie cake and it was decorated right then! I waited maybe 5 minutes! The young man decorating did a fantastic job! And the young man that helped me with my order was also very helpful and friendly! All very polite. Will definitely be back!

Cookies are delicious. Service is top notch.

Great cookies, sugar cocaine equivalent. Highly addictive. Kids at counter are decently motivated. Atmosphere is, well, it's a chain. It's how it should be expected.

The girl who waited on us for my birthday cookie was very friendly and helpful. I had called other location and they didn't want to do a simple cookie cake for me. All I wanted on it was Happy Birthday with roses around it. I called Airline Dr. In Bossier City and they had it ready in 30 minutes. Thank you guys for making my afternoon special.

I walked in and the person before me was greeted and the person after me was greeted with a warm welcome. Guess I wasn't worth greeting. I was just asked how can I help. How sad.
