I haven't been to this restaurant in years but as it was close to my job and I was craving sushi I called in an order. The menu on the net and what that had as far as lunch rolls was completely different btw. Got there and the place literally was boarded up and looked so bad on the outside had I realized it looked that way I never would have ordered anything from there. Got in side and the place was cold as a block of ice, would not have been able to eat inside if I even wanted to. Food was ready in a reasonable amount of time but the food was nothing special. I will say the service was very friendly and professional but I don't think I eat there again. Just looked dirty and dingy to me.

The food is always great. I always have the same server when I go. Hands down he gives the best service of anywhere I go. He's soo polite and attentive. I choose this Ichiban because of him. Great Job!!!
For anyone that isn't aware that Ichiban in Bossier has new owners, they do. They are the family that owned the former Jabez and Jabes. The food is so good! This is my meal from last night. This is filet mignon cooked medium rare and it was AMAZING! Just like always! I switch out the vegetable mix for just broccoli and I omit the onions from the fried rice. They never have any problems with customizing my order like this. I wish I had taken pictures of other meals but I didn't think to. If you eat sushi then definitely give them a try because everyone that I know that eats sushi loves theirs. They also have a private area for parties and such which would be great for upcoming Christmas parties and get togethers. Give them a try and support local!

Food is great, waiters/waitress never disappoint but the music is always way too loud. Restaurant music is supposed to be background music, I shouldn't feel like I'm in the front row of a concert. Also if you are in a wheelchair there are no tables only booths so good luck.
