First and last time getting JM! Got a number 9 club supreme and my stomach has been in shambles since! I’ve taken Toms and Antacid, but nothing has tamed my upset stomach. Safe to say they won’t see me ever again!

I was so excited that Jersey Mikes came to Bossier City but the last few times we have ordered our food online it’s been wrong. So frustrating, to have to keep taking our food back because it’s incorrect. Just placed an order tonight and got home and it was wrong again! We asked for pickles and mayo on one of our sandwiches and not only did it not have mayo or pickles it had other things we didn’t ask for, we didn’t bother taking it back. Come on people it only takes one minute to look over an order to make sure it’s correct. I shouldn’t have to come into the store to order just so my food is accurate. If other restaurants in the area can get my order right than so can Jersey Mikes. My sandwich tonight was very disappointing. I believe this is the third strike so I think you Jersey Mikes are out! Management needs to step up and make some changes otherwise this store will go down the drain like so many others in Bossier City have, it’s too expensive to consistently get orders that are incorrect, we want it our way not the employees way.

Don't let the name fool you. There are no Guido's standing around worrying about GTL. Just great subs and cheese steaks .One of our favorite places to grab a quick bite. The sandwiches her are outstanding. The meat is sliced fresh. The staff are always super friendly and helpful. The place is super tidy
We got the chicken bacon ranch sandwich and the club sub and they were both great. The staff was very friendly and helpful!! Will definitely be back!!

Textured Me Beautiful
First off walked into the building and no one greeted, secondly the girl at the Register look like she saw an alien when I walked in said hello she never spoke back. The lady that made my sandwich put soooo much oil on it that when I bit into it every thing slid off of the bread, was very tired that day if it wasn’t for me feeling that way I would have definitely taken it back for a refund. My daughter finished it because I couldn’t even eat half of it and immediately got a stomach ache after eating all of that oil. Will NOT be going back! Wish I could insert a pic of the sandwich.
