Exactly what you expect from Jimmy John’s except the cashier. Too busy on her phone to take my order. Once I ordered immediately back to the phone … no communication from her at all.

Walked in to two workers just standing there. Didn't say welcome to Jimmy johns nothing basically had to walk up and just order. The one girl looked like she was bored with her hand holding up her head. Never told me my total. Didn't give a receipt. And when given my sandwich just put it on counter and didn't even acknowledge me,give me napkins or anything. To busy talking to co worker. Very awkward. 11/14/24 lunch time about 1230.

Unfortunately, I am giving this Jimmy John's a 1 star and here is the reason. I came in on Saturday (August 10, 2024) during lunch time. I ordered my usual which is the Beach Club. I've never had a problem with that particular sandwich until now.
I ate the sandwich roughly around 12.30 pm and I did notice an odd smell. The turkey was tasting like fish... I was already halfway down the sandwich and I just knew something was odd so I smelled the turkey and this foul odor of fish was coming from it. I had to stop eating it and threw it out.
Fast foward 8 hours later at night I started getting awful body chills and body aches. My body also started to run hot!! I immediately fell sick to my stomach and threw up.
If this is not food poisoning, I don't know what it is. It is now August 11, 2024 early morning and I woke up still feeling awful with high body temperature and body aches.
I will definitely NOT be ordering food from this location again and highly disappointed this even happened. You need to NOT leave your meat out exposed for too long especially during these VERY HOT days in Bossier, Louisiana.
Have a better protocol for your employees! They're due for a "Meat Handling and Storage Procedures" meeting.

I understand that you guys get busy but when I pay for food I expect to get what I paid for. Every time I come to this location something is wrong with my order. I spent $50 bucks on food and 4 of the 5 sandwiches I ordered had cheese. I went back and double checked to make sure I didn’t put no cheese and nope I didn’t. I will never return to this location. I will drive to youree!

If they actually make the sub correct to your liking, it's always a hit. But they seem to not look at your sub edits and just make it the normal way. Definitely double check it!

Zero Stars! I ordered for delivery. Two hours and two phone calls later I was told I had to come up there, the food was delivered and I was not getting my money back.I went to the store and the manager Dave told me I put the wrong address on the delivery orders, despite me using the app as I have for years with no problem, I was getting no food and no money back. The was belligerent with me and used the F bomb. He was dressed slovenly with no identification and smelled like he had been smoking pot. He was the rudest person I've ever encountered in that type of position. Needless to say Jimmy John's will never be on the menu again!!!

We order here for lunch sometimes as they deliver, the last 2 times they have messed up the order. The first time it was sending pasta salad instead of potato salad as the side to one meal, no big deal mistakes happen and I didn't say anything. Today I ordered 2 sides of pasta salad with our meals and we got 2 bags of chips so I called and told them about the mistake and they asked for my name looked up my ticket and was told it says chips, I said but I didn't order chips I never said the word chips I ordered pasta salad to which he said well it's not what it says at which point I just said thanks anyway and he hung up. Their food is good but I guess if you order delivery you just get whatever they feel like bringing you.

When come to your restaurant to get my sandwich to go. I like it cut in half. Unfortunately it's to much trouble. I was there today I asked zoe twice to tell them to cut my sandwich. It was left whole and wrapped in about 4 sheets. Very bulky and difficult to handle.
