Arrived at 8:40 for my sons pizza and waited til 10pm because my son really wanted his pizza and the cashier told me they didn’t even start making it yet will never come here again
I arrived at 10:20 pm and went inside and paid for a quarter muffaletta and bread sticks. My arrival interrupted the cashiers cleaning, apparently. After paying and informing the cashier that I was dining in, the cashier told me they weren't accepting dine in orders. I asked why not and stated that they close in 40 minutes at 11 pm. He told me this was the managers orders. I informed him that this has never happened before there and that I arrived 40 minutes before closing not 5 minutes. I also informed him that i didnt want to eat a muffaletta in the new car i just bought and didn't want to get my shirt food stained. He said he would have to ask the manager and I told him just forget it and received my refund of $10.38. I told the cashier Keenan, that I would be filing a complaint.

Ask staff do they use gloves. She stated they wash their hands every time. As I watch another co-worker give lady customer change two 5s to be exact. Started back on pizza that she stop on to give the women change without washing her hands. Will not be coming back.

I’ve never had the buffet, however we have picky kids and this is the one thing that all three devour for dinner. Typically we make 3 different meals so this specific Johnnys is our go to when we don’t want any fuss or hassle for dinner and we never have complaints! Staff is always polite and trying their best have the orders out quickly as well!
