Great service thru drive thru
One star is giving them the benefit of the doubt. We had a party of 10 for the buffet on 6/11/25 and was told that they can not serve us. We were told this by the clerk at the counter, Kaylee, and also the manager. I wonder why they can’t accommodate 10 people. I will no longer go to Johnnys and I have been going to Johnnys for 45 years.
Rudest people, they have no business working there..Since Johnny Huntsmen died, so has his restaurant.
So sad because Johnnys use to be the best, now it’s the worst.
Told my group we weren’t allowed to eat at the buffet, because it was “too big” what are yall doing during rush? or if 10 ppl walk in at the same time?? it’s giving lazy and not wanting to make pizza. also told us we weren’t allowed to sit at a table like hellloooo management needs to step up
The new Califlower crust is amazing!!!
Give it a try!
Everything on the buffet was old and cold.
Their food is horrible. When you taste theirs and Dominoes or something like that; it's rancid. It is the most inconsistent food I've ever had and the workers do not care and just want to be paid. Go to Dominoes or Pizza Hut cause it's so much better. The ONLY good thing they have is bread sticks and that's it.
Vegetarian options: It's got cheese and many meats so I wouldn't recommend them if you are vegan/vegetarian.
Dietary restrictions: Pizza is not a good food to eat if you are on a diet of any kind really.
Parking: It's got about 15 parking space (just a guess).
Kid-friendliness: They have a mini arcade for kids on the right from the entrance door.
Wheelchair accessibility: I'm not sure if you can bring a wheel chair up but I think it has a spot for you to go up and into the restaurant.

I had a stamp card that was buy 6 buffets get 1 free. I had received 5 stamps on it from previous visits. On every previous visit the lettuce on the salad bar had gone bad. I only continued to come here because of the stamp card. After purchasing the sixth buffet they informed me the stamp card was no longer valid. I will not return.

I walked into order a pizza at close to 4:00 PM. I did not get my pizza until 4:40 PM plus the employee behind the counter got my name wrong and order when he called out.

Ordered a pizza at 6:20pm. Was delivered to the house at 8:40pm. I could tell the pizza was not fresh and also cold because it had probably been out of the oven for 2 hours. Awful delivery experience… driver said she was the only delivery driver so Johnny if you’re reading this it may be a good idea to hire a few more! I live 5-10 minutes away and could have had my pizza 20 minutes after I ordered it if I had just gone to pick it up. Not sure if I’ll be back and if I do I will definitely go get it myself. Wish they had half star ratings. Pizza rating .5/10

Came to this location to enjoy dinner with my husband and ended up walking out because of one of the staff members. We were the only customers in the restaurant and was told we were going to have to wait until they got caught up before they could take our order. The person making the pizzas actually slowed down after cursing about us to the girl at the counter. The girl at the counter looked embarrassed that the pizza maker was acting that way. We won't be back to that location.

Let's start with the good: this place makes phenomenal pizza. Seriously, it's top-notch. However, my recent experience with the customer service left a bit to be desired.
Now, I understand closing time is closing time, but my order was placed a full 33 minutes before they shut down, and I live practically next door! The tracker even said the pizza was in the oven. Unfortunately, when the delivery window came and went with no pizza, I called to inquire.
The manager I spoke with, well, let's just say their grasp on the situation seemed...tenuous at best. Explanations bounced around like a rogue pepperoni, from "already delivered" to "assigned to a DoorDasher" (for a cash order?), to finally admitting it probably never even got made. No apology, no attempt to rectify the situation, just a whole lot of "uhhhh."
Look, mistakes happen, but a little ownership and effort to fix it goes a long way. Sadly, that was missing here. So, while the pizza is undeniably delicious, I got none and the service on this occasion was a major disappointment. For anyone considering this place, just hope you don't have any hiccups that require "managerial intervention."
(P.S. I tip well, by the way. Just sayin').
