Got a pot pie through the drive through. Got back to work and started eating it. Got to the bottom of the little pan and found a silver dollar size thigh bone mixed with the ingredients. I did eat the pie except for the bone. Took it back to the store and showed the on duty manager. She said oh! Thank you for bringing it to my attention. I will discuss it with the night crew and let them know. I said what about a replacement and was told, if you hadn’t eaten it all she would. I said I didn’t eat the bone that it should not have had. Again she said sorry but you ate it. I will not spend my money at this KFC ever again. I’m not sure how anyone mixing ingredients and pulling chicken could miss this. I contacted the corporate office and received no response. Management should have been more concerned about making it right with the customer. Not just thanking me for letting them know about my bad experience and their failure to provide me with what I purchased.

Ordered food 45 mins prior to arriving. Get there and nothing is ready. She tells us it'll be another 30 mins to have my order ready. I drove out of my way to get the food because it was a special request by my kid after a band competition.

If you want KFC how it should be, come here. My food was hot and most of all fresh. Not a single item I ordered was old and everything was made exactly as requested in the app. The lady that came to the window was so kind and sweet. I definitely will be returning to this location. You don't find people and food like this everyday. They care about what they serve.

Chicken is always too greasy and skin is off chicken because of the grease, chicken is undercooked, service is horrible, attitudes for no reason, drinks taste like sugar water. Macaroni is rubbery, biscuits are like buttery bricks. Never any plastic to eat with. Needs to do better.

Showed up before closing and couldn’t get someone to take my order. We knocked on the window after driving around the building TWICE and the girl working claimed that they were “out of chicken” and couldn’t take our order. She said the location was closed (pre the closing time) and blamed it on lack of CHICKEN.
Just called to ask about the Wed special. Someone answered but hung up in my face. Called back 3 more times but they kept hanging up. If they don't want my money, that's fine by me. Just lost a loyal customer!!

This KFC is decent but I've never came out of there thinking I got great KFC. Overcooked biscuits. Tenders always feel/taste a little rubbery and old. Their bone on chicken is normally pretty good. I think you can do better than KFC but realistically most fried chicken places here rarely give you fresh food.
The food and service had become very bad before this new crew transitioned, and the facilities were very unclean to use. The place is now cleaned up, my only concern is that the food is not thoroughly cooked. Had to put into oven and finish cooking until will done (Too far away to return.)
