Nothing like it used to be. And we just got charged $20 for 2 lemon drop shots, and was told they charge the same for shots as they do the actual martini ! Not going back anymore.

It was busy night when we got there, we took a regular table so as not to wait so long. Our waitress introduced herself gave us menus and walk off, another person after a while came and took our drink order,most of the drinks were brought to us except the beer, mean while other people are being sat, finally our waitress comes to check on us and takes our order, still missing some of the drink order we tell her what we ordered and our food order finally we get the rest of the drinks at this point I am done with my drink and would like a refill, no refill till about 10min later, half hour later no food, my daughter in law got her sushi my son asked for our soup and saladsthat took some time about an hour into this we finally get our food and more refills. I was not impressed. I will give them one more try, hopefully the service will be better. The foodwas good.

Went for a birthday party with reservations at 7pm. We were sat around 7:10 and did not order our food until 8:40. It took forever and all the kids were starving! The food was horrible! Vegetables were not even cooked and the steak was so chewy! The shrimp were tiny and overcooked! We were there until 10pm! For it to cost so much and to add automatic gratuity I expect more. Shogun and Tokyo are 10 times better. Will not return

Manager had no concern for communication. You expect to go to hibachi a little wait time for the experience we sat over an hour and a half waiting for our hibachi cook that so 2 1/2 hours when asked for any kind of comp he refused to speak, or look at me waitress talked for him. Never experienced this in all my years even in restaurant business.

Sam and the lady at the front desk were very unprofessional. I called and placed an order over the phone. Me and my family always go there and get the same thing. The lady over the phone told me I could not get what i was asking for nor try to help me find a way to add crab to my shrimp tempura. After calling and agreeing to put it on the side. I picked up my food and got all the way home and there was no crab or spicy mayo on my rolls like I asked in the beggining. I called back and told Sam and he said to come back so he can fix it for me. I get there and they’re telling me I have to pay 5 dollars for the crab when they just made me come back all the way up here because they forgot. Mind you the lady called me two times after i placed my order to make sure thats what i wanted. I’m so dissatisfied and disappointed in this establishment because their food is great but the service was horrible and we won’t be coming back to this place again.

It was a lovely and tasty experience.The staff and chef were very accommodating, attentive, patient, and efficient.A member of our party has dementia and wants to sit at a specific teppanyaki station. The hostess sat us at the requested teppan. They didn't make us wait for a full seating. The teppanyaki show started about 25 minutes after our arrival. Our waitress ("GO LSU TIGERS") checked on us multiple times. Even the busboys asked if they could be of assistance as we prepared to leave. Our orders and bill were correct. The restaurant was clean and well-lit. The food was delicious.THANK YOU Kobe Japanese Restaurant for making our loved one's birthday special.

We didn’t do the show, we just wanted food. They stuck us in a narrow, separated area. It was a kinda weird space. The waitress kept having us pass food and drinks back and forth, which was strange. My food was good but 3 of the 6 of us rented our food. I think they might have a msg allergy since they are all closely related. Not really what I expected for the price.
