Called in an order. It was at the last minute. Ordered cake and cupcakes. Miss Amelia did an amazing job. Cake turned out beautifully. Great customer service aswell.

Placed a pickup order around 11 this morning. The first available time slot was 3pm. My husband was working over there so he said he could pick it up. I got a call and they stated it would be ready now at 6:30pm. 3.5 hours later. My husband went to go pick it up, they told him another 30 minutes. It’s been an hour and 1/2 & he still hasn’t gotten our order. This is absolutely absurd. Do not recommend!

Trying to beat the heat and shop early this morning. Told by workers that I am unable to purchase laundry soap, shampoo and any other items that are now on LOCKDOWN, until after 8 AM!Try training your employees that when the alarm goes off while patrons are trying to exit to quit waving them on to exit without checking items actually purchased. Or, better yet, open checkout lines instead of self checkout!

It should be illegal to sell chicken that looks like it was plucked and stuck straight in the bag! My daughter brought one of these home and I took her and that alive chicken back to the store! The manager didn’t see anything wrong with how it looked. SMH

I have used Kroger Pickup 2 times, and both times were horrible! The last time was this past Friday. I made my order early in the morning for 1:00 PM, arrived at 1:00, and had a message saying my order was ready. I checked in on the app. After several people arrived after me and got their orders I again checked in by phone. Again others came and went, so I called the number and was told to hold on but then hung up on. I tried many times to call back but there was no answer. After about 30 minutes I called the store directly for a manager. Again I was told to hold and noone ever came to the phone. I got out of my car and told a delivery person I had been waiting 40 minutes for my order. He looked at me then turned around and walked away. He wouldn't even speak to me (and I was being nice). So, after waiting 45 minutes someone finally came out and delivered my order...he was rude and unapologetic. I tried to call management again and was on hold for about 30 minutes. Horrible customer service! Will NEVER deal with this store again!!!

The produce is always bad!!! It’s horrible at this location. I have to drive all the way to the Ellerbe Road location for decent fruit. I add pictures of this disgusting foolishness. I guess the secret spies missed this location.

Ordered pickup this morning. They call me AT THE TIME OF PICKUP to tell me my order will not be ready until the next day. I live 70 miles away round trip. Then they proceeded to hang up on me before I could say anything else. I had to call them back. I understand if you are busy but why call AT THE TIME OF PiCKUP to cancel an order?

Employees don’t speak to you when you speak to them, barely make eye contact. Said “excuse me can I get right there?” to an employee restocking shelves with her cart in from of something I needed to get to, she looked through me and moved the cart a few inches. The cashier never said a word to me, and was in such a rush to get me out of there she was pretty much throwing and waving the receipt at me. Returned my buggy directly to the man gathering them in the parking lot, and lined it up to make it easy for him, said “thank you!” to him and he just tried getting past me like i was in his way. wth? Manners? Anyone??

Placed an order for the first time today. Not only was a large portion of my order not able to be filled...but I was charged for 26 items that I didn’t even receive. I called and spoke to someone in that department. He said he will go pull the missing stuff for me, he was very sorry for the mistake, and I can pick it up tomorrow. I am guessing those bags were given to someone else by mistake. I would suggest checking EVERY item before you leave the parking lot!

3 times this week I visited this store for an out of stock sale item. When I finally went to customer service for a rain check we were told none could be given and that we needed to shop at 6 am when everything was stocked! Unacceptable!

As a 30 plus year customer I’m highly considering pulling all prescriptions out of the pharmacy. Current staff is rude and incompetent! They don’t have a clue on how to help you! They had the nerve to sell me a glucose monitor that they don’t have test strips for and had the audacity to sell me another strip at 141.00 that wouldn’t fit the meter. This is my first time leaving a review anywhere. The clicklist service is absolutely ridiculous. There were 20 items that we did not receive. They tried to say we didn’t receive it because they were out of stock due to the coronavirus, but one of the items on the list that they were supposedly out of was colored pencils...I asked the lady about this on the phone, and she said that she knows they aren’t out of colored pencils so the people filling my order just marked stuff as out of stock because they didn’t want to get it.
