The food did not taste good at all, they were out of multiple items on the menu, and a big language barrier. I spent about $30 and got a small approx 4oz piece of chicken, small bowl of pasta, and a few mushrooms. That would get me a lot more food at Lil Italiano or Notini’s.

Service was mediocre, but a large party was also dining. The minestrone had good flavor, but all the veggies were raw, like someone forgot to actually cook them in the soup. The cream sauce for the tortellini was split, and the tortellini was overcooked but not total mush. The "fresh" veal isn't. It tasted freezer burned, and the eggplant was overpowering it. The breading was soggy. This is not Italian food. This is American "Italian " food. Too much cheese, no real depth of flavor other than canned tomatoes and garlic. The minestrone clearly came from a good recipe with possibly bad execution, but that was at the start of the meal, and it isn't worth going back for.

We really enjoyed our experience at La Doche Vita. Even though we came in just 30 minutes before closing, we were taken care of. We even asked if there was a possibility for a certain type of sauce and our waitress brought out the owner/chef to see if it was possible. We explained what we wanted, and he said no problem! And it was delicious! Super sweet staff and amazing food.

Dietary restrictions: Very accommodating to special requests.

Literally googled "places to eat near me" new to the area and found this adorable restaurant. I initially had planned to order to go but upon entry I was so impressed by the ambience...I stayed. It is way too cute to just grab and go. The menu reads really well. I changed my mind twice in what I wanted to order and decided on this cajun seafood ravioli dish that was EVERYTHING. The sauce was ?????? Really want to try alot more dishes on the menu. The Chef and staff were very tentative and polite. Well priced. I made a great decision coming here. Will definitely be back for date night and lunch.

First of all, I ordered crab claws but was told they were out. Then ordered LaDolce vita feast and was told they were out but the waitress said let me go talk to the chef. She came back and said he’ll make me one (why was I told they were out)
The clams and calamari were like eating rubber and the shrimp were just so so! My wife had the lasagna and said it was just ok. The waitress was very disorganized and very loud, overall for the $100 we spent was not worth it. Far from fine dining!!!!!!

Sadly disappointed, the food portions are very small and the prices very high . The service was terrible . The environment is loud and not relaxing , not what fine dinning should be . Our food arrived cold but no one ever came to check on us to report it to . They lack adequate waitress help and the waitress we had was loud and disorganized . We could hear everything that went on in the kitchen , such as oh no I burnt all the bread … need more bread . Yes good luck getting any ! We won’t be back !

The staff was friendly and attentive for the most part. There might've only been one person working in the kitchen because it took a very long time to get our food and it wasn't very busy. The Montecasino was VERY mustardy and the piece of chicken was very thin. The Pasta Sicilano had very fresh roasted garlic but almost too much oil.

Amazing little place! The chef, Izzy, cooks such amazing dishes!!!! We had the Pollo Milanese and the Redfish Louisiane and it was to die for. Perfect pairings from our amazing server Lucy who took really good care of us. The crab claws were so delicious as well. Whatever they recommend, try it!! You won’t be disappointed! Definitely coming back again soon! We tried this place for our anniversary so it was such a good experience!
