30 munute wait time for an online order placed 6 hours ahead of time is ridiculous. What's the point of online order times? Employees are confused. Don't understand their job. Door dash and grub hub drivers clogging up the waiting room and confusing everyone.

The employers need to hire people who sincerely want to work and are professional. The current employees are far from that. Their attitudes are awful. The one pizza I got on time out of the two was decent.

Stood in line for about 4 min as the counter person looked at me a few time so I know they seen me. Then after standing there 4 mins she decided to help the people who are the same color as her and just ignore me. I hate writing these kind of reviews, but it must be said
The staff was busy, and the young lady was overwhelmed taking orders. I went to pick up my order from the kiosk, and it was someone else's which all the orders placed in the kiosk were placed in the wrong sections as if someone was just putting food in without verifing whos name was assigned to that location. I had to wait 20 minutes for them to find my correct order and come to find out someone else took it because they placed it in the wrong Kiosk pick up slot. It was chaos, but I would say the young lady taking orders was very nice and tried her best to help everyone.

beware of this little Caesars employees are very unprofessional and do not start your order until 30 minutes have passed that you are waiting in the lobby. The manager and employees are very rude. When you try to address a concern to them I believe in good customer experience and I would much rather go to a different Little Caesars, which is farther from me than have to deal with these rude and unprofessional employees, I will not be returning here.
