I've been going here for 15 years, usually delivery or takeout. But the food is great and customer service is top notch! Beautiful atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Pretty good Chinese food in a really shady location, It didn't feel great getting out of the car because the area is a little rough. However it is significantly different on the inside.Food:The appetizers(9 out of 10) were our favorite part of the meal. I really enjoyed the truffle wings. The fried rice was okay. I was expecting a little more seasoning in the fried rice(7 out of 10). But the portions of the main dishes(Mongolian beef and duck) were generous and tasted pretty good I preferred the Mongolian beef(8 out of 10) over the Duck(6.5 out of 10).

Lucky Palace - Never again! What a waste. I was so looking forward to trying out Lucky Palace because I had heard such good things. Now I know I will never go back. This place is stuck inside a sketchy motel with a parking lot full of more potholes than parking spaces. The restaurant itself is dark and uninviting, but I convinced myself that it would be worth it because I had been told the food was very good. Well, we never got to try the food because we gave up after waiting for a very long time. To make it worse, the single server was much more interested in visiting with her friends at another table than checking on anyone else or attempting to see where our food was. It's been a very long time since I have been in a restaurant where I felt that no one cared about the customers at all. Such an incredible disappointment. The restaurant is NOTHING like the website. Don't waste your time on this place. You'd be better off at Panda Express.

I decided to try the food here after being told it was good. I visited in January 2024 ordered shrimp fried rice to go. Needless to say I was very disappointed. It tasted very old and I threw it away. Decided to give it another try in February 2024 i ordered spring rolls to go, again very disappointed. They looked and smelled like they were fried in old grease. I threw them away also. I will not return to this restaurant and I will not nor do not recommend anyone to try this place.

Upon arrival we were sat almost immediately. The sever was inattentive at best. Drinks remained unfilled. The food was cold. We arrived at 630 and did not get our meals until 815 pm. I will not be going back.

Omg I got the jalapeño ginger t bone and it was hands down the best steak I've ever had! The beef skewers were fantastic! Check them out on the True South series.

It’s old outdated, and it’s in such a bad location with the crime rate .Spent 70 dollars and my shrimp fried rice was horrible, the eggs rolls taste like they were fried in old cooking oil .I went about 7 , this place use to be good .. what happened I have no clue but please fix it !

Was very unsure upon arrival but we were told the food is delicious so we braved it and went inside. The inside does not match the outside. Restaurant is very clean and food is so is delicious and fresh. Prices are reasonable and portions are large.
