This was the first and last time we will have a Marcos pizza. The 2 ingredients were minimal and all was 2 inches from the edges. Even the cheese. For what we paid, it was lacking.

We ordered for curbside pickup and when my husband arrived no one ever came out so he had to go in. No one greeted him and had to call out to get someone’s attention. Workers were rude and when checked, our food was poorly made and cold. The pizza was overcooked and covered in bubbles. And when asked to remake it he was told it would take 45 minutes to do it even though they were not busy and there was no one else there. When I called back to speak to a manager claimed they never said that it would take that long to make it and said my husband was lying. But when I asked why they didn’t remake it when asked they didn’t have an answer for that. The employee’s names were Brian and Daniel, both claiming one or the other was the manager. We’ve ordered a lot of food from Marco’s over the years and the last 3 times now the food has been poorly made, the service bad, and nothing is done about it.

Always good pizza!Dietary restrictions: They do offer a gluten-free cauliflower crust, which is excellent, but if you are celiac or extremely gluten-sensitive, just know there will be cross-contamination so it is probably not a safe option for you.

Had coupon for 2 large pizzas price was $24.99. Called in for pick up and was told I owed $28.72. Tried to tell them that I had coupon for $24.99 but that didn't matter they claimed the coupon was included in price meaning that two large pizzas cost $53.72. Dumbest bunch of people I have ever dealt with. Don't send me any more coupons as they mean nothing.

Tried placing an order online, coupon code would not work, so tried to call instead, was on hold for 20 minutes, so i hung up and went in person only to be told they werent taking orders...... not sure what business model they follow, but it is
