Made an online order. Pulled up soon as I ordered. They guy came around the corner on his phone, didn't bother to wash his hands. Went to making the food. Went inside and told him to cancel the order. People need to learn sanitization.

Unhygienic. I would like their staff to keep their nails short and use gloves for making their pizzas. I saw them using bare hands while putting toppings and the guy had long dirty nails. My pizza was really good but I don't think I'm coming back again because of what I saw them doing. Other than that, Marcos pizza is awesome! I love their pizzas

I called back because I was missing my sauces for my bread sticks and I was told they would have to run the cameras back the food has never tasted like this it was horrible but that’s fine I’ll find Another place to spend my money at least my dog ate good

This is the absolute worst location. They are supposed to close at 11, but they leave after 10p sometimes 9:45. Pizza is occasionally burnt. The manager and other employees are outside smoking, laughing and playing like kids. Then they came back inside WITHOUT washing their hands. They don't care. I won't waste my time nor money here again.

We love Marco's pizza. It's usually a once a week go-to for us. It was always a great experience, but this last visit wasn't up to standards. Ordered a large 2 topping pizza with cheesy bread. Once arriving home, we realized the pizza seemed smaller than normal. We ordered a large, and we're charged for a large only to receive a medium pizza. Ok, we get mistakes happen from time to time, no big deal. The next problem was that the pizza wasn't even cut. This is where I called the store and spoke to the manager to tell him that the pizza wasn't cut and we paid for a large and received a medium. Thinking I would get a discount on my next order was a big mistake. I was told to bring the pizza back. I explained that I live in South haughton and I didn't have an hour to waste round trip. I get mistakes happen, but my problem came up when I was charged for a large and received a medium. While speaking to the manager, I asked how big the medium pizza was, and he told me 12 inches. The large is 14 inches. A simple credit to my account would have made me happy, nothing too big, perhaps a free cheesy bread, but nope, nothing. Just suck up the fact that you paid for a large and received a medium, not to mention that I ordered cheesy bread with this order. You expected me to bring back the pizza all while the cheesy bread is getting cold. Very unprofessional.

I always get good pizza here . Jimmy Davis. I think I've had one messed up pizza and they promptly replaced it. And they deliver fast . I see bad reviews those were definitely flukes . I've really ordered a lot of pizza here without issues .

Service would be good if they just weren’t so worried about closing early to save $$$ The fact that they advertise open until 11:00pm, but you can’t order a pizza for even pick up after 9:30 and sometimes even as early as 9:00pm is just ridiculous. Change your posted closing time or quit lying to your customers and close at the current posted time. It’s sad , but until then Dominos or Papa John’s will have to get our later business.

I've ordered from Marcos several times before and have only had one issue prior to this delivery. This was the worst pizza I've gotten from anywhere ever. Extremely disappointed with my order and will never be ordering from there again.
