People really don’t need to eat at the Mayflower Chinese Restaurant in Bossier because the food and the place aren’t right. The chicken isn’t cooked all the way through, which is nasty and not safe to eat. On top of that, there are roaches crawling out from under the front cabinets. That alone should make people think twice about going back. It’s just not a clean or safe spot to eat at.

I ordered from Mayflower because it had a high rating. This was my first time and will be my last. The service was nice but the food was not edible. I ordered the sweet n sour chicken and shrimp fried rice combo plate. The chicken was as dry as jerky. The sauce couldn't even redeem it. The fried rice was subpar. I feel like I threw 14 dollars in the trash because that's where the food went.

This place is soooo good if you are looking for Chinese take out. There food that I’ve had is always amazing and you get a lot for a great price. They are usually as fast as they can be and pretty nice. I wouldn’t go there if you are dining in, just because the place is pretty empty and lacks luster.

Ordered the shrimp special and it was underwhelming. The shrimp tasted like frozen box shrimp with no flavor at all. No sauce comes with it. The fries were really good. The service sucked. It's ran by a Chinese couple and the lady is kind of rude and loud. I didn't even get a thank you. Told me I couldn't sit and eat after I paid. Won't be going back.
