Pretty good place to eat!
Food was good, place was clean and service was ok.. they didn't have change as I paid with cash.

Great food and courteous staff. Made me feel at home. Will definitely come back when I’m back in town. Turkey BLT with a side of broccoli was absolutely perfect—hot and properly seasoned with salt & pepper. Thank you!

I forgot to write this review earlier, but I recently went to McAlister’s Deli for the first time since moving to Louisiana. After a long drive from Washington, D.C., my family and I needed something quick to eat. As soon as we walked in, the place had a nice atmosphere and a good vibe. A young man helped me with my order I believe his name was Javon or Javen and he was so friendly and professional. He guided me through the menu, gave great recommendations, and had a smile on his face the entire time. Our order was pretty big since there were five of us, but he stayed calm and patient, double-checking everything to make sure it was right. The service was perfect, and when the food came out, my whole family loved it. I left him with a $20 tip because he truly made our experience so smooth and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back because of him, and I hope I always get that same warm welcome. Thank you, McAlister’s, and thank you to Javen and the crew for the great service!

The only reason it’s not getting one star is the food is actually decent, the service however is atrocious. Waited 40 minutes for two sandwiches and a thing of nachos despite there only being two people ahead of us and six people total in the joint. On top of that, the cashier gave our food to someone else. Overall disappointing and honestly pathetic that this is how they operate this location.
Don’t get the nachos, they’re beyond disappointing. The sandwiches are fine but nowhere near worth the wait.

I ordered a baked potato a cheese baked potato with sour cream and butter on it.All I got was a baked potato with cheese on top which was old and tasted horrible.I know no one cares, but I'm still gonna type this.Cause this was the worst bake potato i've ever had.

Y'all need to hire more people or get people to come to work. I tried to be understanding but waited 30 min for cold soggy sandwich.

30 minutes for two salads. Salads themselves were good if not spectacular. I don’t know if it’s just a staffing problem or what—but absolutely not worth the wait.

I called several times and the phone keeps hanging up. My order wasn't correct and I was trying to call to rectify the situation.
Found a bread tie in my French dip sandwich from when I doordashed it tonight, also Mac and cheese side dish looked like it was a couple days old heated up, never recommended this place again to eat to anyone
We love McAllister anyway, but Stacy here really made a great visit. She was in the dining room, greeting everyone, and keeping up with refills. THANX, STACY !
