I forgot to write this review earlier, but I recently went to McAlister’s Deli for the first time since moving to Louisiana. After a long drive from Washington, D.C., my family and I needed something quick to eat. As soon as we walked in, the place had a nice atmosphere and a good vibe. A young man helped me with my order I believe his name was Javon or Javen and he was so friendly and professional. He guided me through the menu, gave great recommendations, and had a smile on...

Very nice! You are inundated with comfort when walking into this restaurant. The temperature was just right, the lighting was a tad bit low, and you were met with a smile at the counter from a worker who loves her job and where she works. Only issue is that the prices are very high but OMG, the food was soon good. I will go back but will split a sandwich next time because of the price.
