I ordered a burrito meal on the kiosk. It took 35 minutes to get my food after everyone working there just walked by me and ignored me until finally I have to raise hell to get the food that I paid for it’s not that difficult people. It’s one thing to miss an order but to purposely walk by me over and over is unacceptable. So finally I get the food that I paid for because believe me if I hadn’t paid for it I would’ve walked out a long time ago. Not one person even apologized but thats ok. This is the reason I don’t eat at McDonald’s because they don’t give a damn about any of there customers. I definitely won’t ever be back. McDonald’s do better. If I could give minus stars I would. I’ll spend my money anywhere that still have customer service!!

This McDonald's is by far the best one I've ever been to. They run this restaurant like a well oiled machine. The drive-thru is extremely quick considering how many cars are trying to order the help is always friendly and the restaurant is always clean.

I love this location for my breakfast. I went today for my lunch and they’ve gotten a lot faster with the drive-through. The girls here are really friendly, they’re attentive to the Detail details of my order and they always serve it with a smile. I really appreciate you ladies. They must like me a lot because they all changed their hair to blonde WHAT COMPLMENT TO THIS JERSEY GIRL TO BE S TREN SETTER IN LA! her hee. It was very cute. We are beautiful girls but these girls are good with their customer service and beautiful thank you ladies . Continue the good work. This is the only Location I go to in Bossier city , since moving here April and you should too! these girls rock and their male manager was pretty nice too thank you ladies. Keep up the good work.

Its McDonalds. I dont eat the burgers ever because they aren't good. I only get breakfast sandwiches, which I like quite a bit. I've never been inside this place.

I doubt the crew and management care so this is more for my own catharsis. This is less of a McDonald's issue so much as it's just a local workforce issue since in nearly every entry level fast food restaurant there's a distinct lack of work ethic, effort and courtesy even when customers are nice and patient. Just like the other MacDonalds on hwy 80, the crew consistently get my order wrong. I got a 6pc nugget happy meal but only got 4, small fries turned upside down, and one of my mcdoubles missing a patty and of course the cheese and pickles were in complete disarray.
I have pity for the crew members who do care and quickly move on to better things while their lesser counterparts struggle to separate pickles with a simple fanning of the fingers and baby daddy drama.
