Typical McDonald's, but they *consistently* charge items separately instead of doing combo meals that I ask for. In my recent visit they gave me my food first and I had to ask for my card back and got no receipt. And no, I don't want a coupon for fries as compensation; I only go because my wife likes frappes.

So tired of giving these folks my money and not get what I paid for. And don’t try and call them to complain they won’t answer the darn phone. Bad part about today’s disaster the manager is the one who got my order together and passed it to the drive thru person!! Lesson learned. I’ll be the one in the drive thru line holding up everyone else to check my bag.

The food is McDonald's. It's what we all expect. The food is average, 3.5 on the scale. The service at the drive thru was a five. These lady's were so pleasant that they will be the new drive thru standard. Sucks for those working the next drive thru we stop at.

Went through drive-through ask for a large fries without salt a simple order and when I got my freeze it has salt on it and I have high blood pressure so but I have no choice but to eat it but I do not recommend this place if they can't get a simple order

Been living here for four years - this is the best McDonald's in the area. Consistently hot fries, well crafted sandwiches, smiles at the takeout window. They do all the small things correctly and consistently. Nice job

4605 E Texas St. Bossier City, LA This is BY FAR the best managed McDonald's I've ever been to. I've never had a problem here. The staff is SO friendly and helpful in the drive-through and inside. The manager here is always busy helping and keeping things running smooth. I LOVE this location and wish they were all managed this well!
