Went to get the kids pokemon happy meals and they gave us marvel puzzles and cold food. They're serving up unhappy meals on Barksdale. Every time I've come here staff has unpleasant attitude and all are doing less than than the bare minimum. Came back again cuz I'm as dumb as the employees. Ordered 2 6piece nugget happy meals at the drive through ended up with 1 4 piece and told id have to come back inside. God I hate yall so much. Not coming back!

Always smells bad and the floor is always slippery or greasy feeling. Food is ok if they have it. Was there at 10:05 this morning and was told breakfast is over already. Place really needs cleaned!

I rarely post heavy negative reviews but the time has come with this location. Consistently, this McD's just seems to not have it together. Over the past couple yrs, everytime I come to this location I leave asking myself "why do I still come here?". Today's visit includes; the lobby has an unpleasant odor as soon as you walk in, the men's bathroom toilet is overflowing into the floor, and no soap. There is a point where incidents are no longer isolated.

Manager was very friendly and helpful to all the customers. McDonald’s fries are the best in the country when they’re hot but mine were barely warm. The rest of the food was normal.

My dad ordered my kids a sausage and biscuit but two of the sausage and biscuits didn’t have the sausage on it like it’s supposed to and biscuits were hard as a rock. Bad food service

We ordered at the kiosk. The receipt didn't print because the employees failed to replace the paper. That being said, thirty minutes later we were still waiting for our food. My mom went to inquire on the status of our order when she wasn't only ignored, but loudly talked about. One employee asked to another employee, "Why is she just standing there?" "She must be part of the decorations." Behavior like that is trashy. Then I had to ask about the order, only for them to say they didn't get it. When we showed them the transaction from the bank, they said it was pending, thus didn't go through. If these lowlives had a bank account, they would know ALL transactions pend in the app regardless of what bank you use. During this time, they were rude and chopping it up to our fault. It was a $20. Finally, what I'm assuming is the manager stepped in and printed the order from the register, stating our order did go through, otherwise she couldn't have printed it. She did start the order and gave us our cups, but still no apology. Granted it not showing up on their screen isn't their fault, but don't go around insulting your customers, calling them names, not ask if they need anything when they're clearly trying to get your attention, and don't act like we didn't pay because you were too lazy to get receipt paper or check other areas for the order if it didn't show up on the screen and you were aware at this point you were missing an order. Not to mention when my toddler has to use the bathroom, we couldn't even go in there because it smelled like weed so I had to take her to the parking lot to go. As someone who has worked in customer service and in restaurants, this level of, you can't even call service, was disgusting. Both employees were women that did this and honestly shouldn't even be allowed to work in customer service if all you're going to do is ignore them, call them names, accuse them, and not even apologize. If you're in the mood for McDonald's, go literally anywhere but here. This place is ran but trash who can't even check a register for an order or understands how basic banking apps work, they're only good for wasting your time and insulting you.

I pulled up gave me a bag I get the bag home the hamburger was open with bun off the top. Fries were spilled in bag and nuggets were opened. They had given me the order the person in front of me went thru. GROSS ? I thru entire order out. BEWARE!! Do the owners or managers ever read these reviews????

Why would someone serve what I was served tonight? I’m a nice person, I have my money ready, i don’t complain normally, and I have left less than 5 bad reviews in my entire lifetime…but what I was served tonight was ridiculous and inedible.

After 10 minutes in line waiting to pay after ordering in the drive thru, I gave up and bounced.

I placed a mobile order through app because not even a single employee would come to take my order. I sat down and ate my food after receiving it and my order was not correct. I brought food to counter and politely told employee that order was incorrect and I would like it fixed, she caught an attitude and inspected the food like I would be lying about it. Then when she couldn’t see what was wrong she made me dig through item to show her problem. I don’t eat out often and she proved to me why. Nasty attitude and rude employee. Never again will I be wasting any of my money at any of these dumps.
