Rude managers don’t support this location. I didn’t get food I paid for last night and called in and was told I could come in and get it replaced this morning and the rude manager today said I’m out my money and I won’t help you. Completely pathetic

If I could give it a big fat 0 I would. Went to get the grinch meal with my wife because she was so excited about it. So we get our meals, and guess what? They are wrong. Of course they are! Ordered large fries, got mediums, none of the dill pickle salt that’s supposed to come with the meal and we weren’t notified until we had already paid. The people working in there were some of the rudest people I have ever met. Disgusting, waste of time, worthless workers. Went to the counter and got asked “WHATCHU WANT” like seriously? This place SUCKS AND SO DO THE WORKERS. Talk about making you want to rage out.

Ordered for curbside we waited for 30 minutes and finally went though the drive though where the worker had an attitude and said well no one’s working for curb side the food was cold

Update as of November 2025: they can’t do a McRib worth a dang. Bun is somehow burnt, and the meat has very little sauce.

The drive-thru experience really needs improvement. I start ordering, and they cut me off mid-sentence to switch to another speaker. Then a different employee comes on and asks what I want all over again. This happens every visit and makes ordering way harder than it should be. Please fix the communication system.

I went to McDonald's today for 2 bacon egg & cheese biscuits. The the biscuits were like normal buttery & almost falling apart. The eggs were up to normal standard. The issues came in with the bacon. Both biscuits had 1 piece of bacon on them, not 2 the typical standard of McDonald's. By the time I got home I couldn't even rearrange the biscuits since it was molded together with cheese. The egg was half way off the biscuit but the cheese held it together so once you tried to move things around it just fell apart. Paying almost $7 a biscuit for 1 piece of bacon is a joke. Overloaded with eggs and the cheese just slapped on with 1 pathetic piece of bacon is a joke. On the website it says thick bacon. Man this bacon is poverty bacon how cheap it is. Especially when you cheat someone out of the proper portion sizes.

Been to this same McDonald’s twice and both times the service was horrible. I got the biscuit egg sausage meal with an orange juice. Both times it took forever to get my meal. Then both times the orange juice tasted like water. I really would not recommend this place at all. Thumbs down big time.

We walked in to try to get a biscuit and some coffee for breakfast and walked right back out. The place smelled like poop...for real, like someone had used the bathroom on the floor. There were fries and dirty tables everywhere. Keep in mind this was during breakfast and fries aren't served until lunch. Won't be back.
if you want your order correct, better check your food. I gave the window person my receipt of tree things and they still didn't get it right.

My husband and daughter ordered from here 10/30/25. Food was cold when they got it, chicken nuggets missing, monoply pieces removed from the packaging when it should have been there, worker that was working drive thru was very rude to them, this isn’t the first time we’ve been treated like crap and food missing and cold. They need corporate to step in at this point! It’s ridiculous. You wanna have a job, don’t steal from your employer, nor mistreat the customers. Why serve cold food?!?

This is absolutely the worst McDonald's in the city of Bossier. Wait times are always horrible, food constantly being incorrect, I don't get me started on the people that are working in the Drive-Thru. Again... Worst McDonald's in the city.

Terrible. Every time i come in the morning, they always take forever to even take my order. I order ahead to get a quicker turnaround. I get there 10-15 minutes before I really have to leave for work. I sat there for 35 minutes waiting for my order to even be TAKEN. I’ve been late to work one too many times because i’ve stopped here.

Terrible service. I checked in at 7:59 to get my food I ordered through the app. No one came. I tried to go inside. Doors locked. I called twice. No one answered the phone. I had to then pull into the very busy drive thru I was trying to avoid by doing curbside. I got my food 20 mins after I checked in. Now my food is cold. Ordered on app 30 mins ago.
