You would think that it is nicer bc of the fact that it’s in south bossier but this is actually the WORST ONE. workers are lazy. Food is never hot and fresh. Fire everybody and start over bc this is ridiculous.

I am very disappointed in the service and hospitality of this McDonald’s on barksdale blvd in bossier city. My husband and I went through their drive through breakfast at exactly 7:36 am per my receipt. We ordered 2 Carmel frappes and was then told sorry our frappe machine is down, only to get to the second window to get our food, and watched as another lady was making frappes… We then told the lady excuse me what are those just to be sure that was what it appeared it was and she said Carmel frappes, we replied but we were just informed your machines were down, she smerked and said no they are not, …… handed us our food and said have a good day….. I wanted to say can we please order one now, but my husband said no worries she didn’t want to offer so I’ll just go in and at least get you one… i told him no the line is too long we have to go, and so I called and asked for a manager, and explained to her what happened and she immediately took offense like as if it was her who told us they were initially down….? She Was exceptionally rude to me for no reason. I was never hostile, rude, nor loud. But I would expect a manager at the very least to apologize for my experience.. Even if it were the case that their machine magically started working within the 2 minute span that I got their, regardless, there was no reason for management to be that way….. I was unable to get another word in on the phone because she started going off on me in result I had to hang up on her. I’m just appalled

Very clean store, lot and bathroom. Service was very polite. Unfortunately, all 3 of my chicken sandwiches were very noticably overcooked. They replaced them for me and were not jerks about it. Overall, still recommend.

I had ordered 2 large mocha frappes. When I got up to the second window and the worker gave me one I continued to wait for another 3-4 minutes before they asked if I was missing anything. When I stated I was missing a frappe he said that I only paid for 1, at that time my receipt was on the floorboard of my car and I couldn't get to it to prove. When they came back to the window he handed me a half full large frappe, that was so runny it looked like iced coffee. Once I got to where I needed to be, the food that I had ordered some was missing and others were wrong. I have tried contacting them multiple times and no answer.

Update: Food is gross and about 50% of the time you leave the drive thru with all the correct items in your bag. Recommend firing everyone that works there and start over including all management, as the food quality and service are garbage. If you follow my recommendation you will make more money and food will be good again.

Waited in line for an hour. Would have left but I mobile ordered and already paid. When I arrived a woman was screaming profanities in the parking lot to another person about her job. After making my way slowly through the drive thru, watching the workers run frantically back and forth to different windows doing different jobs, it was obvious they were very short-handed. I finally got to the window. The poor guy just looked beat. I said y'all are having a rough night, huh? He said yes, people didn't come in and his manager walked out mid shift (the person screaming in the parking lot). He said he was running back and forth, cooking, delivering food, trying tonget through his shift. I commend the staff that stayed, trying to right a sinking ship, doing the best with what they had. I cannot fathom a manager walking off mid shift, leaving her staff to suffer, having to listen to the irate customers who don't understand or don't care what they are dealing with. BTW, I offered the guy at the window a job. He deserves better.
