My coworkers and I did an order through the app and still waited more than 20 minutes for our food. 2 McChickens were missing. We were already back at work with the food. We called the store multiple times and did not get an answer.

Literally went to grab a $5 fan deal . I selected a sweet tea for my meal along with making “ just the drink “ a large . I come to the window and they say it’s $10.00. They informed me that with the fan deal it can’t be a sweet tea (up charges) and also it was a large drink . I travel a lot , never at any McDonald’s I’ve heard “ it was to be a regular drink “ ! If sweet tea isn’t regular then what else would be it ! This is a management tactic to upsale and increase profits/bonuses! Definitely unethical @McDonald’s!

Every time I come to this McDonald's I wait a ridiculously amount of time for a simple order. Today I have had 5 people in the opposite line get their order taken first while I waited at the speaker. The time before I got the wrong order 3 times before they got it right.
