I came today to get my son a happy meal of nuggets and the lady taking my order was laughing and not paying attention to what I ordered and then when I get to the window I’m there for 10 min them not knowing what I ordered this is ridiculous!

It is a very dirty place... the one who is preparing the food is supposedly wearing a glove but he grabs the food without a glove and apart from that he is drinking his drink and preparing the food, it is horribly dirty we spent the afternoon?♀️???

Place was empty, save for the delivery drivers. Got my food quick, but had obvious food on my nephews chicken sandwich. They seemed more annoyed at me for bringing it up than they were that they were serving mold.

Sandwich maker moved a trash can closer to himself, didn't change his gloves after grabbing inside the can, proceeded to start taking buns out of a bag and continued making sandwiches. This was on the afternoon shift 2 or 3 days ago. The only reason I noticed is because I was door dashing, and they made me wait over 10 minutes for a small order so eventually i kinda started staring impatiently at the staff while i wait. The guy never caught himself. I Bet he does similar things often but i honestly couldnt say bc I never eat there. Giving them 1☆ for them taking forever. I was offended for everyone else that ate one of his trash hands burgers, but not enough to start a beef with someone Ide potentially see many times in the near future.

I wen in the night and i ordered a Mcchicken and it came with out chicken! Just the bread with mayo and letucce,i let it pass but i went the nex day to buy my kids 4 happy meals and this time they forgot to put all 4 drinks and 2 fries on the happy meals i went there and they dont believe me at first ?????? not

they didnt make the order right , the workers had an attitude & the food wasnt seasoned well.
Not only were they too busy on their phones to hand me my food, but unprofessional service and attitudes. If only they hadn't been so busy ordering themselves pizza and having a small party in the back they would have realized I was there for almost an hour just waiting for my food.

Changing my rating and review because once again it was complete ordeal about my order as usual. If I could give zero stars I would. The food is horrible. The service is trash. They can never get a order right. Management is non existent. It's sad as to how bad this place really is.
