I went to the establishment on the 23 of March. When I got to the door, they had locked them with no signage at that moment. This has been seven minutes past seven pm at this time. The manager on duty didn't look like she cared at all for people being there. She opened the door and asked if I had an online order, when I told her no shesaid the lobby is closed. My response was you have people in there and she stated they came before seven and that they are short staffed, all this with an attitude. I let her know that she didn't have anything on the doors stating otherwise. She gave me a smug look and said I am putting them up now. She proceeded to pull the door shut and post the sign. I knocked on the door to get the attention again so I could ask for the store manager number but se looked over and ignored me. A police officer that was inside that was earing had to get the information from a staff member. This store has gone downhill in the past few years, they are short staffed but more than half the time they never have anyone upfront to serve customers nor do they have people to clean the lobby, even when it's dead the lobby and play area are still dirty. I've tried several times to call this store and no answer.

This is the second time in a row that I ordered hotcakes and sausage and didn't get condiments. The first time, I had no syrup, and the second time, there was no syrup or butter. I tried this McDonald's again and no butter for a big breakfast with pancakes. I will start going out of my way again to go to a different one.

I went thru the drive thru. And no one answered the outside lane. Just so happen a manager walked out and I told him he said pull to window. I ordered 2 10 nuggets one for each of my puppies and 3 large fries and a mcdouble with no cheese, on onions and pickles. When I got home there was no nuggets, the fries wasn't even done,and burger had cheese on it. I tried calling the store 7 times and to no surprise no answer. This is the worst McDonald's ever. They either need new managers or better staff.Better yet Do yourself a favor pay a little more and just go to what a burger better quality anyways.This place needs to be shut down
The cashier that took our order was rude and went out of her way to show it. She grabbed our cup from the inside and kept making nasty faces when I asked for anything as if it was a bother and not her job. Maybe she was having a bad day but that's not an excuse to be that way. Manager was lovely, but I'm unsatisfied with her service. She got our order wrong and when we asked politely if we could get it fixed she snared and took back the food to put in the extra fries. We said thank you and she didn't even bat an eye.
I have not really had a good experience at this McDonalds in prolly 2 years. That says a lot to me about the pride of the company at this particular location. On numerous occasions my order has been completely wrong and when it was brought to their attention they acted as if it was bothering them to have to get my order correct. If I am paying for something I want it to be correct. I hardly ever see any of the staff smiling or even acting like they enjoy their job which to me is part of the job when dealing with customer service. It is pretty much stays busy. I have also noticed the food seeming to be old and cold not cool McDonalds let's regroup and get it together.
Worst McDonald’s around. Extremely rude workers, and the service is nonexistent. I will drive out of my way to go somewhere other than the joke of restaurant.
