We love Monjunis and go there often with my 6 year old Grandaughter! She loves it so much that after we ate somewhere else today we stopped off at Monjunis to get her a kids meal and found out that they won’t sell me just a kids meal it has to be with an adult entree! Really Monjunis, we left with her crying! I’ve never heard of such a thing!

BLUF: YOU NEED TO EXPERIENCE THIS PLACE!Other review raved about the mint tea… verdict- they were RIGHT! The mint tea is refreshing and really tastes like mint! It is so refreshing. Yes, I am taking home some of this tea!!! I ordered the fettuccine Alfredo with broccoli and it really filled me up. The taste was so good that I know I will be coming back! If you have read any of my other reviews you know I appreciate and value CUSTOMER SERVICE! Yes, this is a very customer centric place of business. It is a shame I cannot give them more stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Vegetarian options: Everything on the menu is clearly listed what it is what’s in it and all I can say is just scrumptious.

I love eating here. They have the absolute nicest staff and have the best menu of any if the Monjunis. Each Minjunisis different in case you did not know and this one is one of the original stores. You should take the time to go and give them a try. I would be willing to bet it would be one of your families favorite places to eat.

Up in Bossier/Shreveport for a tennis tournament and it was time to eat---we had a disorganized party of 8-10 however Monjunis could seat us and we were thrilled. We ordered many different dishes--spaghetti, lasagna, fish , pasta and no one complained. Before that we ordered appetizers which we shared and Mary a complaint. I believe the only disappointment may have been the lack of a south Louisiana hot sauce or Tabasco sauce available but how many people are going to ask for that? On the other hand, our server introduced the willing to a hot sauce which left those sampling it impressed. Ambience was great, food was great, portions were great, the dinner group was great, the serving staff was great---what else but 5 starts can I give?

I took my wife there for a special occasion. After seeing others who were sited after us place their orders and being served before we were approached by a waiter, we left. The same thing happened at their old location on Benton Road, we will never go there again.

One of our favorite spots in town! The sauce paired with the garlic toast literally melts my heart, and taste buds ???

Nice little place. We were very excited when we got a basket of garlic toast and cups of marinara sauce. Then we tasted it. Sauce was noticeably sweet. So when I ordered I avoided everything with red sauce. I figured I was in Louisiana so I would get something I couldn’t/wouldn’t get in any other Italian place. I ordered the crawfish fettuccini Alfredo. It’s not Alfredo. It’s not even “wannabe” Alfredo. It seemed to be a veloute based crawfish sauce. It was good. But it isn’t a creamy cheesy sauce. My son got spaghetti and meatballs. Sweet sauce. Sweet meatballs. My daughter had the Italian Shrimp Salad. Not sure what makes it Italian. Certainly not the mound of shredded iceberg under unseasoned frozen precooked shrimp. Maybe because they served it with “Italian” dressing? But that was sweet too.Like I said. Nice little place. Maybe a dozen tables. Friendly people. Decent food if you are expecting everything to be sweet.

We enjoyed the atmosphere and the service here. The server was very attentive and we got our food very quickly. I wish I’d read all the reviews about the red sauce. My daughter and I both Ordered the spaghetti and meatballs and it was incredibly sweet. The sweetness was fine as a dip for the bread that they give out, but it was too sweet for spaghetti. I like A more tangy tomato sauce. My son had a cheese pizza and he didn’t like the sauce on it. The prices are great though, and you do get a lot of food for the price. Will try again and not get the red sauce!
