The older asian lady (not sure if she’s the owner) is rude. No smiles, no “how are u” nothing. & it’s not my first time going, it’s often because I live right around the corner from their shop.
If she wants to scare her clients with her cold attitude, she’s achieving it!

You walk in expecting good customer service and u see her making facial expressions as if us customers are a burden to her. Sheesh lady, stay home if ur going to be with that attitude!

DONOT PLACE ORDER WITH THIS PLACE. I MADE ORDER PAID FOR IT THEN THEY CANCELED ORDER IMMEDIATELY. BUT WON'T REFUND FOR 5 DAYS. THEY KNEW THEY COULDNT FILL ORDER AND STILL TOOK MY MONEY . Excellent donuts. We got a variety of different kinds, including some cake donuts, and all were light and moist. They let you choose which filling you want in the long John/eclair donuts and fill them for you right then, and they were generously filled. Also was very reasonable priced. Would recommend this place.
