Worse service ever. Brought my daughter for dinner. The food was taking a little to long so when I walked up to the counter, my 2 pizzas where just sitting on top of the table getting cold with no one around and my grilled cheese was on a platter to the side also getting cold. When some one finally decided to attend me I asked if that was my food. Then i noticed that it was missing my jalapeños, so they said that they will take care of it. Came back to counter and again, my food is just sitting there. Had to just take my cold food to my table myself. Ridiculous!!

My first and last time I will ever visit a Newk’s. Ordered a half French dip. It was over $11, when it came out it looked like something a 5 year old put together. The roast beef was overcooked. It was awful.

I just watched an employee give my food to a woman and she touched all over my sandwich and gave it back to them and said it wasn’t her order, they then proceeded to put it BACK in the bag and try to give it to me after another customer had already handled it. Disgusting. These people are obviously not serve safe certified or informed of how handling food works. Won’t be back.

DoorDashed chicken dumpling soup and the arugula shrimp salad. Soup was delivered warm and was both hearty and filling. Salad was amazing and had a ton of shrimp, around 10. It was refreshing and protein packed. Great lunch/delivery.

We had lunch here on Monday while on a road trip. I find the salads to be slightly overpriced, but it was delicious and well-made. I would say the particular day we were there, someone had apparently burned some bread in the kitchen, and the entire restaurant had such an overwhelming burned bread, smell that it was very difficult to taste or enjoy our food. Hopefully this was a one time situation. Also, the dining room was way too chilly to be comfortable.
