I love coming to this Olive Garden specifically. Always great food and great service. Last week I accidentally left my Apple Watch on my table and later on, I was able to communicate with the manager, Ms. Debra. She was so nice and helped to keep my watch safe and secure until I could have someone pick it up for me. I really appreciate good people and good service. (Also, I am not sure if she still works here but there is a waitress named Diana and she was such a sweet lady. She was so kind to my friends and I when we came in late one night for my birthday last year.)

When I visited the Bossier location, my family and I got seated very quickly. Our server was very attentive, and always made sure we had what we needed. The food is the best. It makes you feel like you are actually in Italy. Overall, it was one of my best restaurant experiences.

Had placed a pick up order using the app, food was ready at the requested time, employee was friendly. Got the food home and it was perfect. We had the family lasagna meal, delicious 😋

It was quiet tonight due to freezing temps, so the atmosphere was very nice. I prefer sitting in the bar area in a booth. There's less traffic & the vibe is more chill.

Took 38 minutes to get a server to our table. But once we did, the service was great, and they gave us the appetizer for free for the wait. Which was good business in my book. The food was hot and fresh, and came out in a timely manner. I will be returning to the bossier location in the future.
