I’m on a business trip in Bossier City and stumbled upon this hidden gem while looking for lunch — and wow, what a find! I didn’t even stop to take pictures because I couldn’t wait to dive into my food.
I ordered the tacos rosados, mixed pupusas, and baleadas sencillas — and as someone of Honduran descent, every bite tasted like home. Everything was fresh off the grill, perfectly seasoned, and full of flavor.
This spot is authentic, delicious, and absolutely worth the visit. I’ll definitely be coming back tomorrow before I leave Bossier City!

I always get pinchos, tajadas, and apple juice. It's literally soooo good. I've also gotten papusas, so good! The service is always amazing, and the food never disappoints.

Stumbled upon this jewel, and so glad we did! Generous servings of the most delicious food, fresh juices and friendly service. This nice gentleman took as much time as needed to explain dishes, ingredients, etc. We will definitely be back!!
