Concert let out around 10 pm arrived at 1035 pm and the Manager had purposely locked up the restaurant to avoid crowd of customers. Person inside hand gestured saying it's closed. Everyone left and went other restaurants. So....Panda Express do you close at 10:30 pm or 11:00 pm??? Anyone local or driving by on the interstate and expect to be hungry at 10:30 pm don't trust Panda Express to be open at posted time on door.

I’m not sure if recipes have changed or what, but the food has become inedible. Customer service is always excellent, I don’t blame the employees- always polite and kind, just doing their jobs. But we have noticed that the boxes are a lot more shallow, you don’t get as much food anymore. The fried rice was so bad tonight that I actually gagged, we threw it away. The beijing beef tasted like it was deep fried and full of oil.
The honey walnut shrimp and orange chicken was off. You get more vegetables than meat. Idk what corporate is doing but whatever it is, it isn’t right. Trying to save money somewhere I supposed but I’d rather at least get the same quality we got when they first opened for a few dollars more than pay the same for less and throw it out

The Beijing beef and kung pao chicken were very good. Kung Pao is spicy! Staff were friendly and quick. Highly recommend.

I was hesitant to order Panda Express after 9 PM, but I decided to give it a chance—unfortunately, I should’ve trusted my instincts.

First, let me say that my driver was absolutely wonderful—kind, professional, and prompt. However, the food was a complete letdown. I ordered the Super Greens, and the broccoli and cabbage were completely raw, as if they had never been cooked or even blanched. They were hard, crunchy, and completely unseasoned. I’ve had this dish before, so I know this isn’t how it’s supposed to be.

I also ordered the Black Pepper Beef, which was just okay but very skimpy on portions. The same went for the other two sides—it really felt like I was getting whatever was left at the end of the night. I was so disappointed that I ended up having to re-cook the Super Greens myself, but they still didn’t turn out right, and I just threw everything away.

As someone visiting from out of town without a car, I rely on restaurants to provide quality food through delivery. Unfortunately, this experience was beyond disappointing. I will never order from Panda Express on DoorDash again—especially from this location.

Always a good cheaper choice for Chinese food. Orange chicken is always a favorite here. Fried rice is always a hit or miss here.

Kid-friendliness: Good portions on kids meals.

Spicy food should still be edible. Not too hot to enjoy. Cook over did it tonight. I saw another customer trash the Kung Pao chicken & Beijing Beef too. So I know it was not just me.

Very tentative employees. Even though my chicken tasted candied with no spice. My family had a great experience.

This location was the second worst locations I've been to, the first being Monroe of course. Customer service was pitiful and the gave us enough food for a two year old. I always get the chow mein but this time it was overloaded with green beans which was a first for me it was awful I didn't order green beans. Some people behind us was a different race and their plates/bowls were filled to the rim. What is really going on there? Smh!!!

I waited 20+ mins for my food after being told Beijing beef would only take 5 mins. Watched them give my food to someone else and when I went inside to check on my order they lied and said they were still cooking it. I could see the Beijing on the makeline, they were not still cooking it. If you make a mistake just admit it, don't lie to customers. If you ask for the customer's name before making them wait in their cars, then you wouldn't be giving the wrong orders to the wrong people. Was given a free order of spring rolls as an apology, i didn't order spring rolls because they taste awful. If you offer free food as an apology, give them something they ordered since you know they like it.

The service stunk...I almost canceled my order but the kids really wanted it. They barely gave them any food for serving with a spoon that was already packed with stuck on food.

Overall I still like Panda express. The issue seems to be like many businesses the portions have gotten a lot smaller and the prices have increased significantly
