I eat here quite frequently, love it, and very rarely have any issues. I just wanted to point out that I did have one problem last night with an absent delivery that would’ve been dropped off a little after their closing time (and with them having to use a third party delivery service, it makes it harder on them), so I could not reach them on the phone to explain my situation. I sent a message via their feedback option, and a manager was very prompt in responding and refunding me for the absent order. I always love the food, but I wanna give 5 stars to that manager who handled my problem for sure.

No dine in but pizza is great. Always taste fresh. Employees are friendly but at times take a min to get to you. Tons of different crust sauces and toppings to go on pizzas for any taste
Vegetarian options: You pick the toppings and a specialty pizza great for vegetarians (cheesy Alfredo). Even kosher eaters.
Dietary restrictions: I heard they have gluten free crust other than that you pick rest follow whatever diet you want.
Don’t go to this store went there to pick up and order on 7/30 at 940, the stuff didn’t even acknowledge me when I walked in, very rude crew. Never going to this location ever. Stood there for 5 minutes before I was acknowledged, only until 2 guys came from the back and ask if I was help when it was a female and male in there the whole time.

Just placed an order to be delivered to South Bossier, but because Papa John's apparently doesn't have drivers any longer, they use doordash drivers. According to the tracker from the store, the driver was "waiting to pick up my order" while en route to, and later stopped in, Plain Dealing (solid 45 minutes away from my house). I call the store and all they say is "we don't control when doordash will pick it up" and they couldn't do anything about it. Ridiculous. I didn't order anything from doordash, I ordered from Papa John's, and if you can't deliver your own food or make sure it actually gets to the customer then you shouldn't advertise it for delivery. I was able to get the order cancelled, but I will not be back.
