i haven't had a burger this small and terrible since I quit going to McDonald's 30 years ago, it's about the size of a happy meal and the meat was thinner than the tomato. This was our first time trying this place and I'll tell you I WON'T BE BACK. don't waste your money, it's not worth it

I visited Shreveport 6 weekends in a row while a family member was there. This is the first place we ate, the best place we ate, and where we ate most often. The employees were incredibly friendly, my food always tasted amazing, the service is fast, and it's extremely affordable. I also have an allergy to potatoes, so the fact that sweet potato fries are available is so nice. I don't eat breakfast, but my husband does, and he said that breakfast was excellent. I really miss this place, but I also put on like 10 lbs drinking those Nutter Butter shakes.

Always awesome food and LOVE the staff. The owners are always there and working so hard right next to their employees.. Go check Check out the next drive thru breakfast! Also the Eggnog Shake is AMAZING!! If you haven't been ( which is hard to imagine lol) then make sure to stop by and grab a meal. You won't regret it!

The robot bringing your food was neat. The service was dry. The person behind the counter wasn't rude, but he gave the impression that he was ready to go. It didn't take long for the food to be bought to our table. The meat on the burger was fresh, but it was small. Either make the patty bigger or get smaller buns. The burger sauce was good, and fries were seasoned well. I will try again.

The lady working the drive thru today around 11am was incredibly rude. We usually have great service but she definitely needs an attitude adjustment. She was visibly annoyed and shaking her head because we asked for extra sauce for the lava fries, then told us she'd have to charge for it (which was never an extra charge before). So we never got the sauce. If this was my 1st time here I wouldn't be back.

The past 2 times I have come here I have had the same cashier and both times I have ordered and paid for a double cheeseburger and received a single patty burger. Unfortunately I didn't open the food till I got back to work and I am obviously disappointed and can't leave work to drive back to the store to fix it. Next time I will have to hold up the drive thru line to check my food because they can't seem to get it right.
If you want a burger or something quick, it might be good, but don't ask for plain nachos because they will give you chips and just cheese sprinkled over it, like you do at home when you don't have nacho cheese or queso. Hubby said his burger was good. The fries are ok and the nuggets are eh ok.

Great service, had a military discount, prices are very low for great food and a lot of it. The regular sized drinks are massive, so be prepared for that.
Lastly, if you eat inside the establishment, they have an autonomous robot that will deliver your food to you, which makes the atmosphere of the place so much cooler.
I went through the drive thru and ordered chili cheese fries which came to be $4.91 after tax. It's not an option on the menu board but they're able to ring it up, and they're really good! Employees were friendly, and the restaurant looks nice.
