Ordered online through the app for delivery. They had a DoorDash driver deliver my order and when the driver left I realized there was a glob of someone’s snot on our pizza box. Contacted Pizza Hut to replace just the one pizza and they stated that they made sure the pizza was “sealed” . I then explained that the snot was on the outside of the pizza box and I didn’t feel comfortable feeding it to my family. The manager stated she would place a 20 dollar credit on to my account which I never received. When I went ahead and placed another order and tried to just use my points they stated I had additional balance due and they couldn’t make the order until payed 4 dollars more than I already paid. So 70 dollars later and no edible pizza. Next time we will order Papa John’s .

It was just in a great location, easy to access and the staff was friendly, but the product or the pizza was horrible because it was not cooked all the way through and it was very doughy and it was not enjoyable at all, so I disposed of it and I didn’t wanna call and say anything because I didn’t want to seem ungrateful or someone to call that Makes complaints because I’m not the person to call to do that, but I did wanna bring it to your attention that it was horrible

Order took over 40 minutes when they weren't even busy, Order was still wrong. Basically was scammed out of $4+ worth of upcharges for different crust options (stuffed crust and tavern) and did not get them. Only offered $2 in store credit that only lasts 30 days. They only explained that hand tossed was not available when I arrived to pick up my order and did not start the rest of my order until after that or mention anything about not having stuffed crust. So I waited even longer for an order that was wrong. What a ripoff. Do NOT prepaid online in case they try to scam you like this.
Edit: I received an email from the regional manager after submitting a complaint via pizza hut's website and it was a hollow apology that didn't address the issues I experienced at all. Just an apology for the inconvenience. No offer to make it right or anything. Well heck that. Submitted an account deletion request today and recommend getting pizza anywhere else like little Caesars or Marcos or Rotolos.

Today date is 7-11-24 Time is 2:13pm This younger male has horrible customer service So I DoorDash and as I enter the Pizza Hut, he’s on his phone walked right by me a couple times there’s another girl that works in there with the pink Care not saying the word so he finally comes back and I show him my phone for the order and can’t find it well just so happened. A lady had walked in right behind me. With a box in her hand, come to find out the order that I’m waiting on the lady had so he said it down on the counter as he opened it you can tell the box has been messed with as he opened it, and then he looked at me and says are you waiting on something else, then turned around and stated so. You would like me to take this box that you got from someone else and take it to a customer and he said yes that is disgusting that is the grossest thing ever so I rudely politely asked him to remake another one he stated it would be 16 minutes , he actually wanted me to take the food that he gave us and different customer take it back and take it to my customer that is gross and I am reporting him

Tonight we ordered our family regular. We eat Pizza Hut at least 3 or 4 times a week and tonight the food was terrible at this location. I don’t EVER complain but it was so unacceptable. My pizza wasn’t done and it was sweet and greasy. I ordered 8 wings and only got 4. My cinnamon sticks taste like butter sticks. The employee wasn’t friendly and didn’t even greet us. That’s all…..

This place is a completely dysfunctional establishment. Ordered a pizza and boneless wings, pizza got delivered and NO WINGS.. Bring the pizza inside to eat it and it's not even cooked all the way. Call on hold for 40 kins noone responds. Drove down there all the doors are locked and everyine is in the back doing who the hell knows what. Gurl comes to the drive through window and finally remakes my pizza and gives me my wings. Nit a single pizza was being made except mine the entire 40 mins I was there. Pizza Hut has lost our business forever.

I ordered, a supreme, a meat lovers, and a stuffed crust, with beef and pepperoni. Not the best, crust was greasy, and sauce different than before, taste was bland

The call center took my order I told him thin crest on meat lover and that it was a drivery he said it would be delivered by 6 .630 I call to see where my delivery was and I was told he put as a carryout and they couldn't change so I when to get it and the pizza was wrong they remade it but no sorry this is sad
I was giving raw wings, I had 6 pieces before realizing they were raw.

I ordered a large pepperoni pizza at around 5pm to be picked up at 8pm. When I drove up to the window, the lady greeted me with a smile and was very pleasant! Within seconds, she handed me a freshly made pizza and told me to enjoy and have a good night! Thank you for being so kind!! Customer service and food 10/10!!

Best customer service I've seen. Employees were super kind and food was excellent. We always order our pizza with light sauce and they had it perfect. Definitely our pizza spot now.
