I have ordered at this location twice. The first time, the cashier was extremely rude and literally threw the pizza at me. The second time, months later they got my order completely wrong. I reached out to Pizza Hut with feedback and never heard back from them. I will never be back!

They didn’t get my order right they said it would be 20 came back exactly 20minutes all my food wasn’t ready miss one pizza and cinnamon buns. Food was cold and they gave us the wrong pizza trued to call them couldn’t get in touch with no one stayed on the line for over 35 minutes. It was at Stockwell Plaze.
Absolutely awful customer service. Why would STOCKWELL need a call service? And for it to not even work? They call me back TWICE, hanging up both times. Probably to prove they called back. I genuinely don’t think anyone looks at orders before they put things in a box.

Man the past twice times I ordered here it’s real good I always get 2 medium pizzas and this time I got 2 pizzas and a chicken personal pizza and that Jam was banging good , I do do delivery and get it in within 30-50 mins all is well by me if the food good I gotcha $$

THIS IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PIZZA HUT IVE EVER BEEN TOO. The last time I ordered we placed an order online only for it to be canceled 30 minutes later. I called to ask why it was and was told the oven was not working BUT they answered my call to ask me if I wanted delivery or pick up… if your oven isn’t working then why would you ask that question. We ordered again today and I received a pizza that is literally not even cooked and it is a speciality pizza that is DROWNED IN BBQ AND THE SOGGIEST PIZZA IVE EVER SEEN. I will not ever use this Pizza Hut again!!!!
I placed an order on the app for curbside pick up. I arrived five minutes before the app said it should be ready. I went inside after waiting over 15 minutes for my food and not getting it. I did tell the store via online that I was at the store for pick up.when I got back to my hotel, I saw that by boneless wings did not have any of the garlic Parmesan sauce that was supposed to have and in my opinion my meat lovers pizza does not show extra cheese

This was on Saturday, by the way.Well, the refund still hasn't come through and any time someone answers when I call, they always say "give me one second" and then place me on hold or hang up, clearly not wanting to take care of people.It's a big joke.This place really needs a revamp or something because the service is not great at first impression.
