Wrong wings one day next 4 days order again wrong pizza
This location used to be put together. Although, they have messed up multiple orders for us in the past few months. Wrong wings, wrong pizzas, no soda, ect.. Today was the 3rd time there was an issue between the app and where the delivery driver was sent. 1 1/2 later the order had to be canceled by the driver, after the manager kept putting me on hold, then she said she couldn't refund my money. I'm giving up on Pizza Hut after 8 years living here and ordering from them.
“I placed an order at 8:20 PM at a specific this location. When I arrived, my order couldn’t be found. I tried placing another order over the phone, but the operator hung up on me twice. On the third call, they hung up again when I tried to spell my name. By the fourth call, they suddenly no longer had the items I was trying to order.
I don’t know what call center Pizza Hut is using now, but the service was absolutely terrible. This was an incredibly frustrating experience, and I hope they address these issues immediately.”
Can't contact barksdale store and order messed up
Always out if everything. Can't even place an order on the app because it either won't process, appears closed or items are out of stock. Just terrible.
They lost my wife's order and didn't offer anyway to fix it.

This past week my wife ordered the Big Dinner Box Twice. (2 pizzas, cheesy bread sticks, and traditional wings). It was the same order with only a minor difference on the wings of the second order. (Traditional Wings with Honey BBQ Sauce vs Traditional Naked Wings). The first time the order was fine. The second time it was messed up. We were not told that there were no drivers on duty and that a Door Dasher had to be used. The order was put in as pick up and dot delivery. The wings were changed from traditional to boneless. When the food was finally delivered but it was cold. The night manager was doing all he could to correct the problem. When trying to contact the GM the next morning. We were told that she had stepped out and would call back when she returned. She never did. For these reasons this store got this low rating. I might suggest that if you order from them. You ask if they have any driver on duty.

Pizza was old and cold just like the last time.
I ordered online. I even made sure I selected contactless delivery. I didn’t look at my phone till later when I was wondering why I haven’t got my food yet. I had a missed call from two numbers. One didn’t pick up when I called back and the other was from the store. Apparently the delivery girl said she was at my apartment and couldn’t find me? Why do you need to see me for contactless delivery? It’s fine. The manager said they would send my order back out. I waited for over an hour then they called to say the manager would not send it now because I didn’t initially answer my phone during the 1st delivery attempt. Why make me wait a hour to change your mind. Now I have to wait 5-7 days to get my money back and still have no food. Thanks a lot.

Zero Stars. Extremely disrespectful manager. My wife ordered 2 pizzas for delivery. Waited almost an hour to get the wrong pizza. She called the store and manager was rude over the phone. She went up to the store since she refused to take our name, number, or address to know what pizza was wrong. She got to the store to have the manager start getting even more attitude. Said they would finally remake the pizza. She waited about 10 minutes and the manager said she was going to refund the pizza. Ok cool thanks, but then 15 minutes later she tells my wife they are not making the pizza because she refunded it. Even though it wasn’t a full refund, they kept the tip. First off thanks for wasting her time and even worse was all the employees laughing about the whole situation. So I sent an email to the owners for the store and now a week later not one word from them. So I guess they feel it’s okay to them to have employees bullying customers. Will never go back and will make sure to tell everyone about this place.

Got in line at 6:20 pm to pick up my pizza. Was not ready and told me to pull back around. I did. The guy in front of me stayed at window until 6:50 pm. I was trapped and cars lined up. By the time I got my pizza it was cold.
I Order from this place all the time and I order the same things all the time I might change it up just a little bit here and there by adding CINNAMON ROLLS! Tonight I ordered my regular stuff and two things of cinnamon rolls. It was almost $100. It has never been that high!!! Delivery guy gets here doesn’t have my complete order so I’ll call to the store and the guy was absolutely NO HELP!! When you order with the call center guess it isn’t on the stores shoulders to fix whatever they mess up because he said the tickets said what I got is what I ordered that is not what I ordered. Whoever answered the phone tonight was absolutely no help. He can look on my Past purchases and tell what I order to determine if it was wrong or not.
Basically said that if the call center gets your order wrong and they give you what the call center puts on the ticket then you’re screwed. As if you don’t know what you ordered. So I just got to take it & the $81 I paid PLUS THE TIP I GAVE! WHICH WAS WHAT WAS LEFT FROM THE $100!!!! I HATE THIS PLACE
