Don’t recommend this location. They won’t answer the phone was on hold for 10+ minutes. Sad that this is one of a few places that I was told has cauliflower crust pizza. I’ll take my business else where

I would give less if I could. One out of three orders have been right. Twice they forgot the hot and honey topping which is our only reason for using PizzaHut. This place is no bueno.

First I ordered online, and didn't get all of my order, 2nd I had it delivered and I'm only 0.7mil away, 3rd I added a gratuity. My pizza was cold and their basically across the street. I will never add a gratuity beforehand, I had to heat it up, the taste was different after the microwave. I wasn't charged for the missing wings but I did want them. It's my first time ordering from this location, lesson learned.

This Pizza Hut location was open during bitter cold and icy road conditions. These are extreme weather conditions for our area. I was surprised they were open and actually making deliveries. The staff and delivery driver were polite, courteous, and very professional. The pizza was delivered in a timely manner considering the extreme weather conditions. The food was hot on arrival and tasted great. Our family was very appreciative and thankful. The staff at the Bossier City Barksdale Drive Pizza Hut location went above and beyond to serve our family. We were impressed, will definitely eat there more often, and recommend them to friends and family. Thanks again for your amazing service.

Will not answer phone after 30 min on two occasions in a row. Had to drive tp facility just order for delivery ultimately causing a huge delay in dinner. Tried to order online and received a call 2 minutes later and explained exactely what I wanted and the ordered was all screwed up when delivered. Gave 2 stars only because the food was good. Awful service!!!!
