Food arrived 25 min late no one cared. Food was incorrect and cold I called back no one would answer except a foriegn lady who redirected my call back to the store that no one would answer. Terrible experience will not be trying Pizza Hut again for a very long time.

I ordered a big new yorker with extra cheese and pepperoni. I got a big new yorker, but no extra cheese or pepperoni. Also the crust was dry, not chewy like a new yorker should be. I called to let them know that my order was not correct, and the girl said that she confirmed all I wanted was cheese. It was a bit noisy in there, so obviously I did not hear her say only cheese.I thought she was repeating back my order. When I asked why the price was $5 higher, she said they had changed, although the price I was expecting was still on the menu that was on the counter. Lesson learned, there are better pizza places to spend my money at.

I like ordering from this location, their usually on time (maybe)5 minutes late that's ok, I understand.15 mins late that's ok I understand, But U FORGOT my red crush pepper ?????????!! That's the most important thing n there's NO garlic sauce on my crust AT all ?! I like my crust brushed and bake with the garlic sauce or butter when it's baked before n after. Pizza Hut Southern hills location and Johnny's Pizza is the ONLY place that gets this right! I WANT MY Crush Red PEPPER ?️?️??!!!?

I ordered the 2 large 3 topping with breadsticks d for carry out. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and waited less than a minute to receive my order. Pizza was fresh and hot!
I paid extra for pan crust and got hand tossed also paid extra for cheese sticks and they weren’t even delivered with my order. Very disappointed and I tipped 18% this is not why people tip just for you to mess up orders!
