After going inside the restaurant on Airline Dr. And not having anyone wait on us at the front counter, we came to this one.

Greeted right away and asked what would we like. Now that's customer service y'all keep up the good work.

The night shift on October 28 is horrible. I waited about 15 minutes in line (drive thru) and then 10 minutes on my food. I thought my ghost pepper wings were being cooked fresh, they were not. Apparently I waited all that time on Apple pies which I appreciate, but I would also appreciate if my wings were fresh too. I definitely didn’t appreciate having to drive all the way BACK to the establishment, which I brought the wings in the inside. 3 workers looked at me, not ONE asked what the issue with my food was. I then had to wait behind two customers to order and receive food, before having to tell the cashier to tell the cook to drop me 12 wings, she never asked what the issue was… she also never showed any type of care for the old wings I received. I don’t usually write reviews, but I come here often during the day shift (around 2:00) and they are AWESOME. Night shift, not so much. After waiting 10 more minutes I asked the cashier (red ponytail), to inform the cook that I thank him for remaking the food, she said absolutely nothing. Worst attitude ever.

I went to my local Popeye's and was pleasantly surprised, given all of the bad reviews here. Although they had run out of my preferred side (mashed potatoes), the person taking my order asked if I would like the 3 piece special - three pieces for $5. I took advantage and got the 3 piece and it was hot, and very good. I was in the drive thru and the person who took my order was not the one who came to the window. When she charged me, I told her I also had ordered one biscuit. Instead of ringing it up, she gave it to me without charge. I am very happy with this location.

Food is good. Employees are nice. Hardly anyone eats in lobby so great for quiet dinner with family or loud one without bothering anyone if you like to talk loud.

Parking: Try there cajon seasoning on anything you get its great.
Also they have Louisiana hot sauce.

It's a little short girl that works the register at times...second time where it's like she didn't listen to my order at all. Crazy part is, she read it back to me both times, and still gave me to wrong thing. I don't know if she slow or just don't care.

Came in today for a 3 piece all white...not one piece of white chicken in the box even tho you repeated all white to me on the speaker...FFS this is why you get such bad reviews...I've lived in the neighborhood across the street most of my life and it used to be better but it's just sad now...avoid..

Service is bad, waiting for your order takes forever, they rarely have all the sides ready and overall just a bad experience everytime I've been there.
