Posados Cafe - Bossier City

We sat in the first booth as you come through the front door. We had five in our party. Had the best service and the food was outstanding. Our server was extremely attentive to every single thing. It was a great day at Posados! I would, however, like to suggest to please, please bring back the ice cream machine. Our grand-daughters love it and my husband would be thrilled to have an ice cream before his meal!!!

The food was excellent, and mango margarita tasted like it was a virgin one. Little to NO ALCOHOL wahat so ever.Our hostess Hannah didn't miss a beat! She was attentive.

had the chicken and beef fajitas cilantro and lime rice and charo beans... was delicious... was queso and taco Tuesday... although learning that soppapias were no longer complimentary was a bummer... our waiter was on point and keep us entertained... was really a great experience

Very disappointed. I have come here over the last couple of years, when in town. Service was great. Atmosphere the same..nice. However the food was a great disappointment. So very bland, no flavor at all. S.Smith

Food was great and service was excellent

The restaurant staff was very friendly and courteous. Any time we needed a drink refill or a refill on chips, they were quick to take care of it. We had queso dip for an appetizer and it was good. We had fajitas for our main meal and they were very good. We would go back if we were in the area again.

Waited a long time for food, when fajitas got there they weren't sizzling , waitress had attitude it seemed like when we asked for things. Waitress took chips we had to wait and ask for more chips and salsa. We had asked for corn tortillas a couple of times before receiving them. Then when we got our check they overcharged us for the fajitas, tried to ask why and for manger but manger refused to talk to me. And no one would answered my question . I would look at check closely, they are overcharging customers.

The food was good, as always. The appetizer was missing a third of the nachos. Quesadilla was missing sauce side. It’s apparent that while the food is tasty, the standards and training have slipped. The service was good but the server could have been trained more thoroughly.

Always a pleasure to eat here.

They sure do protect theirs chips and salsa! If you order the guacamole app, make sure they give you chips.

I didn't dine in I ordered door dash. The picture on door dash showed 2 enchiladas, beans, and rice, I got 1 enchilada no beans no rice.. I ordered queso, they sent a little brown bag that the chips barely even covered the bottom of the bag. So if you're going to eat here you better go in because what I was told you get one scoop of chips per order, and the picture wasn't right for my order.
