Went in to finish off date night with my fiance and there was a whole group of 4 or 5 girls who were friends/siblings of one of the workers being noisy, crowding around other customers, cussing all over the place, and pushing other customers away all while the worker they were there for did absolutely nothing about it. Cookie cakes. I was VERY impressed with the artwork and the icing to cookie ratio. The icing was lacking at the previous location. They did an excellent job!
Fast service! Went in and bought a cookie cake and it was decorated right then! I waited maybe 5 minutes! The young man decorating did a fantastic job! And the young man that helped me with my order was also very helpful and friendly! All very polite. Will definitely be back!

Pretzelmaker offers delicious pretzels like cinnamon with cream cheese, better than other places. They also serve cookies like the strawberry crinkle cookie, baked just right. The environment is awesome, with caring owners. The staff is fabulous and the treats are divine, making it a wonderful place to visit in Bossier.
