The food was served hot and fresh, with excellent flavor and quality.
The service was also very good professional, attentive, and welcoming throughout our visit. The staff ensured that we were well taken care of, which made the overall dining experience enjoyable. We look forward to returning in the future.

I have been dining at the Bossier City location since 2002, and I think today’s to go experience was definitely my deal breaker. There has been a significant decline in the level of customer service over the years, but today’s experience was excruciating. From the unfriendliness, poor understanding, unfamiliarity with menu items, lack of customer service , and the staff’s inability to take an order accurately was disappointing. Ralph and Kacoos has been my favorite restaurant for years, but I will definitely consider other options going forward!

*Follow up* I spoke with the management any they assured me these issues would be addressed with their staff. They also comped my meal which was not my expectation or necessary, however it was kind of the management.

Mrs Hayley was our server, she was super nice and really sweet and was an amazing server! Even though she was super busy she still made sure our drinks were filled checked on us regularly and really did a good job all together! The food was amazing and you get alot of it! The cooks were super nice as well! the whole experience was amazing and my family and I will for sure be repeat customers! Honestly 5 stars isn't a high enough rating for this restraunt!

My girlfriend and I came into Bossier City for Valentines weekend. This restaurant came with must eat here ratings but I do not see what the rave is about. I got the seafood platter. Boudin balls and we got the chicken fried steak. Balls were greasy and undercooked, platter was forgettable and the fish strips tasted not like fish. The steak lacked flavor or seasoning. As others have mentioned in previous posts the rolls are the stars- that is sad. In addition- we watched the table across from us send their food back. Very sad experience for a place that is the go too. I saw other recent bad reviews and really hated to add mine to this. Saw replies that the owner was taking action on the bad experiences but here we are. Yes I paid for my meal but should have sent mine back and went somewhere else. And you had to talk loudly over the music/band that was playing. Back to the hotel buffet I guess.

The entire reason I order a Ralphs Platter instead of the regular seafood platter is the Soft shell crab. I picked up $90 worth of food in a go order, drove the nearly 40 miles home opened up my Ralphs Platter and guess what was not there for the 2nd time....Doubt seriously if they ever get a third chance to get it right...........

Got seated pretty quickly although it did take a long time for the waiter to come take our order after drinks and appetizers were ordered, the sprite had a funny taste to it and the crawfish was too much for the quesadilla, it thrower it off by being the only thing I taste, although the mozzarella sticks were some of the best, I wish I had of tried dessert!
