Steak was dry and tough. Service was slow and had to ask for refills. I've ate at other local Mexican restaurants and got better. Prices were to high for subpar food.

We had a very disappointing experience here today. Our waiter repeatedly told us certain alcoholic beverages were available, only to return and say they weren’t…..this happened four times with four different brands. My food also came out incorrectly, and when I pointed it out to the waiter, he acted as if I was supposed to eat it anyway. I’m not sure what was going on today, as this place usually provides great service.

I got a taco salad, I loved the shell it came in. One thing about this restaurant is they fill you up on chips and salsa. By the time you get your food you are already half way full, so you have enough to take home. Service is marvelous. At least our server was. Give it a try!!

I’ve been a loyal customer of Ramirez Restaurant for about four years, but today was my final visit.

I called in an order and requested three items, yet when I received my order there were only two. On top of that, the food included bacon, which is a serious issue because I do not eat pork. This wasn’t just an inconvenience — it could have actually harmed me.

I drove back to the restaurant to address the mistake, expecting accountability. Instead, the manager (or person in charge) had the audacity to tell me that I owed an additional $15, even though the mistake was entirely theirs. There was no apology, no effort to correct the situation, and no attempt to make things right.

This experience was disappointing and unacceptable. It wasn’t about the money — it was about principle, customer safety, and basic customer service. I’ve overlooked other issues in the past, but this one crossed the line.

I will not be returning.

Drove all the way from west monroe for a large salsa and chips paid and drove back home only to find they only gave me a half container of salsa. Was my favorite place now I see how they treat there to go orders.... Please stop taking from people who pay good and even give yall a tips to. Strongly disappointed in this restaurant

We had a birthday party of 20. Customer service was great. Food was great. Portion size , 2 can share one entree. We will be back in February for another birthday . Thank you.

I ordered the Fajitas...They were pretty damn good !!! Good flavor...good texture..the salsa and chips were complimentary and were pretty good as well..I asked for half sweet half unsweetened tea and it too was on point ..The waitress (Senia..the name on the receipt) was very attentive. She made sure i wasn't lacking anything..
All I ask is maybe working on the tortillas...I wasn't a fan of them..other than that ...it was GREAT
