Slow service, dirty windows and doors. The floor in the Dining room was sticky. The dinning room was hot. Grass outside was knee high. Didnt even have coleslaw. I have eating at several sams eatery and everyone but this one always gave a extra peice of fish but not this one. Will never go there again. This place needs to be on restaurant impossible. I'm really scared to eat my food.

Let me state the positive first - the grilled shrimp poboy was good. Now for the rest. The place is an absolute dump! It's 98 degrees in July and their Christmas tree is still up. The women's bathroom was out of order. The men's bathroom had no toilet paper. They had no ice and only would sell bottled drinks. Well, that's fine except you're very limited because they only had bottled soda and no bottled water. The hand sanitizer machine didn't work (not that I expected to at this point). The person who took our order told us the place recently was purchased by an Arabic gentleman (which explains why there's some Arabic writing on the homemade poster board menus) and there's a bit of a communication issue. The place is sketchy!

Worst Sam’s ever, half the food on the menu they don’t have after ordering advised out if gizzards. It’s hot in the establishment, and the Mom of the teenage girl taking orders left so I cannot get my refund. After, waiting 15 minutes for my order advised they are out of oysters! Horrible customer service and that mixed with no air in July alone. Couldn’t give zero stars! Mother came back 20 minutes later asked for refund advised I gave her 40 for the order gives me back 35 states she cannot refund drinks. Advised I ordered drinks with my meal no meal and gave drinks back said owner is Romi and doesn’t allow refund. Told her y’all can keep the drinks and your business and service sucks. Please do not attempt to eat here it is not owned by the same people…. ENTER AT YOIR OWN RISK!!!

We ordered a shrimp po boy 2 burgers and chicken strips. Not one order was correct. The burgers were both scorched. The air conditioner was not working properly. The tables were dirty. We will not be coming back.

I'd go back for the moist and delicious German chocolate cake. Wasn't fond of the food. Had fried chicken wings (they were huge). As another person already shared, the Mac and cheese was bland.

They forgot my side item and the chicken tenders in my combo were spoiled. Didn't eat the fish because I was afraid of cross contamination. $13 gone and I couldn't eat any of it.

The worst Sam's I've ever been too. I ordered fish they tell me that the french fries and the drink is separate even though other Sam's don't do that , I got rice and beans the rice wasn't cooked the beans were cold. Then in the back in the kitchen arguing and fighting. I've never seen a very unprofessional Sam's in my life the person barely spoke English and then he was saying things under his breath after i questioned him about the drink and why it was separate even though I ordered a combo. Then he never even rung up my son's order. Then charged him 11 something when on the menu the number 1 combo was $7.99. I paid $13.09 for four pieces of fish and some undone rice and beans. Will never ever go back. Do not recommend them don't go there go to another Sam's.

Old hardees? building. Needs a lot of fixing up and at least three more coats of paint. Technology off line could not get a receipt. Ordered red beans and rice, got fries. Really good fries. Fish & chicken fried golden and spice free. Good food a little pricey for lunch.
We have always been regulars here. Last month I ordered my usual Philly cheese steak. The bread was rubbery and the steak was not the same either. Just a bad sandwich, I couldn't even eat it, so I went on their Facebook page and complained privately. I was promised that the issue would be fixed. I finally returned just yesterday to find out that, that is the way they are cooking the Philly now! It doesn't look or taste good!!! Will not be back!!!???I really loved the Philly!!!

This was the most disappointing meal I have ever eaten. I went to Sam's Southern Eatery because I wanted stuffed shrimp. When I got home this is not what I had at all. They gave me some wierd shrimp with cheese. I don't know what that is but I live way too far away to go back and talk about it. My solution is never to go back.

I ordered a large order of red beans and rice today because it's my pregnancy craving currently.I get home and open my order to discover that it's 90% rice with only a little bit of beans. That is ridiculous. Tried calling but Everytime I try , the line is busy. Super upset that I won't have enough to fill me up.....as this was supposed to be my meal.

I used to love Sam’s before they got new owners. I was a regular here. They changed the way the fish tasted and now it doesn’t have the flavor I love anymore. I hate giving this place a bad review because I loved it so much, but it’s just ruined now. Plus the fountain machine is never working and that’s annoying. I’ll be looking for another Sam’s that has their old flavor.
