Food is amazing. Service is good. We got it to go. I heard the owner has had a few run-ins with the Law so I don't like supporting him personally but the food is good.

We were so disappointed! The filets were extremely small with absolutely no seasoning! The fries were cold and nasty smh. We spent $50 on food that we ended up throwing in the garbage!

I have been ordering from Shane’s for the past 17 years! The so called manager “Misty” was extremely unprofessional this evening when I was calling in an order for pick up. I have NEVER all the years I’ve ordered food have ever had the trouble I had tonight. I’m extremely disgusted with her service as a “manager” Normally I tip 20+$ every time I come because I know they do tip share. Unfortunately Misty ruined that tip for them tonight. Sucks for the teens who were working had to miss out because “Misty” was so unprofessional. Hopefully “Misty” will be removed from her “manager” role because she certainly isn’t professional enough to be a manager.

They have amazing ribs. The craywfish could use more butter in the pot so you can peel the tails easier.

The restaurant was very clean and workers were nice. I really wanted crawfish today, so I decided to give them a try….. Crawfish, potatoes, AND the corn was so dry and unseasoned. Whoever is cooking them can’t be from Louisiana! I asked for a refund after tasting TWO crawfish & they said they couldn’t do it for crawfish. So I had to sit in misery and eat the driest crawfish I’ve ever had in life!
