The restaurant was very clean and workers were nice. I really wanted crawfish today, so I decided to give them a try….. Crawfish, potatoes, AND the corn was so dry and unseasoned. Whoever is cooking them can’t be from Louisiana! I asked for a refund after tasting TWO crawfish & they said they couldn’t do it for crawfish. So I had to sit in misery and eat the driest crawfish I’ve ever had in life!

Shane's food is always good and convenient. Their catfish is delicious and doesn't taste "fishy", shrimp are good, and oysters are small but plump and delicious. There is also a dish called Catfish Lafitte that is so good and filling!
They have a great little lunch menu. And, when I'm not in the mood for fish, I'm in love with the fat juicy hamburgers on the jalapeno buns with an order of onions rings!

The food is good but they always mess up the extra stuff you request and the add-on stuff you ask for and pay for and you get nothing. It’s ridiculous. Can you read a ticket? The people on the phone are unfamiliar with the menu. Ordered tonight. Dissatisfied. Lost money because I didn’t get what I ordered.
